総合評価とレビュー Quality Inn & Suites

ホテルの鍵のシステムがダウンしてしまったみたいで、鍵をかけることが出来ませんでした。カードキーをもらえませんでした。そのため鍵をかけてしまったらホテルの人に頼んで鍵を開けてもらわないといけませんでした。今までこのようなことは経験したことはなく、不安がいっぱいでした。もちろん中からは鍵がかけられます。土曜日に壊れて、月曜日に直る予定だと言っていました。正直言って、すぐに直して欲しかったし、あまり長く滞在したいとは思いませんでした。それ以外の部分はまあまあで、平均的なホテル・モーテルです。食パンが食べ放題で、スープも飲み放題ですが、それらが置いていない時間帯もあります。駐車場は少し古いです。歩いていけるところにレストラン&バーがあります。ガソリンスタンドも近くにあります。コンビニもあります。

Comfortable stay

This is not a hockey team friendly hotel. They have a page of restrictions purposely made towards hockey teams from socializing. Instead of allowing hockeys to be in one area, they divide your team across the hotel. They close the common area at 9pm and the breakfast ends at 9:30am. They do not accommodate hockey teams that want to meet up and are quick to threaten to remove your deposit if they feel like you are not maintaining their restrictions

The staff were/great. It is a nice clean facility. Definitely recommend it. The 3 stars for the property is because of the exterior renovation going on at this time. I am looking forward to seeing the finished product

The place was clean. Tv small in rooms for a person that has limited vision. The main floor hallway was extremely cold. Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were pleasant.

Overall I was very satisfied with our stay, the only complaints I would say the Temperature throughout the building really varied, Our room was quite warm where as the room where my mom was staying was quite cold and the thermostats didn't seem to matter. As well as in my room (standard king room) the room it's self was great, but I found a humming/ringing noise in the room, not sure if it was from the AC unit on the roof (as we were on the 3rd Floor) the noise did keep me up at night. But I would honestly stay here again. Breakfast was decent, we had access to a pool table and arcade game which came in handy for the rainy day we had. staff was fantastic. I would recommend staying here.
