Great staff, great room. Noisy hallways when sports teams are staying but well worth the money!

Hotel was hard to find as it wasn't marked with any signage visible from the road. Property is under much needed renovation and from the road just looked like an old hotel possibly being used to home the homeless. There should have been at least a temporary cloth banner of some sort etc. Also, no signage upon entering the hotel to mention please excuse the mess as we renovating to serve you better. Upon walking in late at night the gentleman behind the desk did not even look up at us much less greet us. Bed, couch and nightstand need to be moved to clean, it was disgusting. Decent area.

Construction on road staff was friendly but no coffee in room you have to go downstairs

Hotel and street under construction so noisy. Desk clerk didn’t know how to verify the room was already paid. Keys would not open room door, so had to go to the main desk 3 times. Staff at breakfast were grunpy.

Everthing is fine room is clean friendly staff and parking is no problem. I like flexibility of the pool opening. The onlu question in my mine is ... why they don't have enough amenities in the room like like kettle if you want hot water or coffee. In the washroom they don't have shampoo and conditioner. Just wondering. Overall it's a nice place to stay.

The room was supposed to have a couch and a desk - somewhere to sit - there was no couch, only 2 old banquet chairs.

Staff friendly and helpful. Hot tub wonderful.

Construction going on all over ...paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds in a smelly corridoor with a room that had a light not working and exhaust in the nathroom not working The whole hotel had a damp smell. We reached after 5 pm and the checkin was after 3 pm and yet we were told room is not ready and our room will be switched...little did we know we have been given a downgrade without refund. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF YOU CAN..

Excellent property. Just 1 drawback. We stayed for 2 night but the breakfast was over way before the timing. Breakfast time is 6:30-10am. We went at 8:30 for the first time and it was crowded beyond imagination. Next day, we went at 9am and the breakfast was finished. They didn't refill it. We literally came out with a cup of coffee. The management should take care that when they say breakfast is until 10, at least they should have everything in place till 9:30 minimum

Hotel is very good. Construction around the area not so good. Not under the control of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn. Clean and quiet enough. There is some sound from above with people walking around. Nothing serious though. Overall I would return if in the area.

The room is clean, the staff are accommodating. The outside structure needs facelift/paint

Only thing we didnt like was assebility to pool. Should have another door entering pool, not passing front door and desk. (Therefore not comfortable going to pool).Also street was under construction. Not your fault. Staff very helpful. Quiet. Thank you. Nice town.
