This hotel was FULL of great surprises! The bed was fabulous (a million pillows), the water pressure was insane with delightful water pressure and the AC was cold and fresh. Smart TV is always a delight and the continental breakkie was sufficient. I didn’t have a chance to swim in the pool but I did dip my toes in and it was a nice temperature (outdoor pool). The staff were very friendly.

Upon check in the hotel system had been down all day so keycards could not be programmed. Checked in after 3pm and had no knowledge of this ahead of time. This is a very small hotel and there was clearly an abundance of rooms available based on the empty parking lot. Why were calls not made ahead of time to guests checking in? This is a security issue. The room we were initially given needed to be changed as the air conditioning was broken and front staff member was unable to resolve it and the TV didn’t work. We were then moved to a second room where the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain until the next morning. The renovations done to the rooms were simple but fine and it was clean. The fact you couldn’t get into your room without having front desk staff assist with their key was a pain since most times staff were not located at the front desk.

Clean room, very friendly staff at check in and check out. I quite enjoyed the breakfast. All that was needed for a 2 night stay when in town for business.

Overall good experience. Breakfast was chaotic in a small space with a lot of people and understaffed. Staff was nice.

Friendly staff. Tiny dining area. Needed to request many items to be refilled. Other than it is an OK place to stay.

We did not have a chance to stay for breakfast ! The room is nice but the shower door would slowly slide open on its own.

Our overnight stay was fabulous. I've never traveled with a pet before and Zoe did an amazing job. Bed was huge and so comfy. Coffee maker, fridge, and .microwave in room which we didn't use but we know they are there now. Staff were wonderful with her too.

Rooms were clean, front desk was helpful, the breakfast had eggs, sausage, homestyle potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, juices, etc. We were pleasantly surprised! We would stay here again.

Annoyed and frustrated that the breakfast was not topped up with hashbrowns and eggs at the beginning of breakfast for everyone. The cook should always ask and know before work what the percent of the hotel rooms is booked in order to know how much they will need to have food cooked. Aswell it should always be topped up for the first hour of opening on the weekend. I was told i needed to wait 5 minutes and than another 10 minutes and than another 17 minutes just for hasbrowns and eggs. So frustrating. Another issue. When i booked i called two times. Once in the day and another time in the evening (thursday) and asked if the pool was opened and they told me no its closed. We booked for saturday and it was so hot in the afternoon. Sunday before our check out at 10:30am we noticed a family going to the pool and in the water. Apparently the pool was opened. Went to the front desk and asked if the pool was closed and she told me its opened. I told her i was told it was closed thursday evening. She said sorry and they had it opened a day and a half ago. That means the pool was opened the evening i called. I told her that's 2 strikes. My kid cried he could not go to the pool for the last hour of check out day. Staff should inform families when those families are checking in that the pool is opened.

The greeting from the staff upon arrival was great. Room was very clean we all the things required for your stay. I complementary breakfast was outstanding. I was having vehicle problems and required to stay a bit longer after checkout time and the manager was an excellent host and provided us additional time free of charge while we were waiting for help to arrive. All in all a great experience and wonderful customer service. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family staying in the area.
