First room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. Second room we were given was moderately better but it was noticeably an air freshener smell used to cover up the smell. Unfortunately as we were in town for a ball tournament, there weren’t many options available. The second day, they had staffing issues and the breakfast person hadn’t shown up, so my son grabbed a bowl of cereal before we headed out - the only real option. Upon returning to the room after a day spent at the ball diamonds, we got back to a room that hadn’t been cleaned at all. A/C worked but every 20 minutes it would either start or turn off with a load grinding noise.

Breakfast was good but the layout was tight. That breakfast area should be wider. The one receptionist was so so busy working in the breakfast area too.

Good location close to everything, Very clean rooms, comfortable beds in room116 Never got a chance to use the outdoor pool. Breakfast was good hot and cold ,good coffee . Friendly front desk. Great accommodations for the money

Front desk guy was very helpful and property was clean and neat.

The hotel was cute and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only issue to look at in the future is the noise from the AC which cannot be helped and we understand. I assuming some folks are not that forgiving.

Very nice staff, prompt check in and check out , gave my daughter bandaids that I forgot , fixed our tv when it didn’t work right away, very clean and easy to get to, BUT rooms are not sound proof AT ALL! Could hear every word from the next room, turned the fan on and was ok but still.

Staying at the Quality Inn for the first time was a pleasant surprise. It was fully renovated and well appointed. Check in was smooth and accurate. And when requested extra towels, they delivered within minutes. Very impressive. We’ll be back for sure! Thank you for your customer service!

I normally pay more for hotel accommodation but this time thought I would give the Quality Inn a try. Good decision! The finishes in the suite were modern and of a high standard. Comfy bed, stylish bathroom. The receptionist was efficient and eager to please.

New furnishings and helpful staff.

The bottom sheets on the bed could have been done better better .They were slipping back .Not really big problem, just annoying. I didn't need service during the stay. had to leave day earlier.

An older hotel refinished. The room itself was clean and modern. The hotel is aged and not the cleanest. Breakfast was basic and not great. Not a great area of town. It is priced accordingly for a nights stay. It is what it is. No complaints as I was looking for a budget hotel. That’s what it is, a decent budget hotel.

Very nice and clean property. Absolutely great value for the money. Good continent breakfast. Nice staff. We stayed for five nights and it was great.

Great place to stay, recommend it

The room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with several choices. What I didn’t like was the reservation was not ready. The desk clerk didn’t seem to know which room to give us. He had to call another person who then fumbled around. We finally got the room key after about 25 minutes waiting. Then the surprise $100 deposit for whatever. This was never mentioned at the time of booking. Then I find out it takes 4 business days to get it refunded. That’s criminal. They are bowering $100 interest free for a major portion of a week. Then there was no invoice. Was told to go on line to Expedia to get it. We won’t be staying at that place again and we have already spread the word to others to avoid the place. Have stayed in Quality Inns before and never had such problems.

The rooms appear fairly new, updates the beds were comfortable the room was clean and the walk in shower was great. The stairways and halls were a little dingy looking but I was pleasantly surprised the rooms were quite nice. Breakfast was typical to hotel breakfasts. My biggest complaint is that we did not get the room we reserved and there was nothing that could be done about it. We wanted a king and got 2 queens .. for that I was not happy
