staff was very good - hotel should be cleaner

Room service deliberately did not stock water or check for liquid soap replacements. When I called for delivery, it took a long time to arrive. The last time I was bathing, I realized the liquid soap was finished. I called for more soap and was told to wait because room service had not yet arrived at work.

I paid for and reserved a hot tub sweet for mothers day for me and my lady and they did not give me a hot tub room and lied to me that they would give me a upgraded room and instead gave me their basic room. I was not compensated for this loss at all

The staff should have to maintain a certain level of personal hygiene. Only one elevator working and it seemed like the staff put themselves as a priority to use it.

For a Raddison it’s underwhelming. Staff were nice, amenities limited.

Old hotel in need of renovation. Much better options nearby.

Air conditioner is old AF, super loaud and didn't cool the room properly. Worst sleep of all the places I stayed during my 7 day trip. They lock out their tv's and don't allow other devises to be plugged in. Neat decorative building accents and the breakfast was very well done and plenty of options for all to enjoy.

Very nice rooms and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again

Parking lot was broken down and dirty, only 1 elevator in service no free continental breakfast as advertised, luggage trolley was broken, they needed to give us a new room as the bathroom taps didn’t work. Property not maintained at all outside broken statues/fountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating

Terrible hotel, everything is in a sad state in need of a renovation.

This hotel is pretty dated and wasn’t what I’d expect from a radisson but you get what you pay for I guess at £70 a night. There was only 1 working very slow lift in order and I was left waiting at least 5 mins before it came. My room had light bulbs falling out of the sockets and crumbs of food behind the bedside tables. There’s a lingering smell throughout the building. Old shower/tub in the bathroom with rusty fixtures. Peeling wallpaper and old furniture that is at end of life. The owners need to invest a little love into the building. The positive is that the receptionist was extremely helpful and welcoming and gave me lots of tips for making the most of my one night transit in Toronto. There was a good amount of coffee/tea/creamer in the rooms. The Square one mall is only a 10 min uber ride away and I had the time of my life shopping and enjoying the GBP/CAD exchange rate.

This hotel has seen better days, seriously lacking in maintenance. Room cleanliness was lacking and there is still a wall mounted telephone bathroom from pre cell phone days, it is nostalgic looking at the phone but if they are not going to clean it off, it should be removed.

Shivam in Bar and breakfast was awesome. He helped me for early check in and provided exceptional service during breakfast

It was old school but I loved it.

The only complaint was the traffic to the airport was awful during the day. It took 10 min to travel 2.5km. Price was excellent but you need to give yourself 30 min during the day to fet to Hotel was excellent
