The room we stayed in one big, comfortable.

Bar service is very well!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We traveled as a family of 6, and from the beginning the experience was frustrating. Only one elevator was working during our stay, which made moving around the hotel very difficult and time consuming for a large family. The bedding situation was unacceptable. One bed had a blanket while the other bed only had a bedsheet. When we requested additional bedding, we were initially given only one blanket. After asking again, staff told us they “didn’t have more,” and the additional bedding they eventually provided was in very poor condition and visibly worn out. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water in the room, which meant our kids couldn’t properly take showers. We contacted the hotel’s “hot line” and were told the front desk would reach out, but nobody ever followed up. The next morning, I personally spoke with the front desk and maintenance was finally sent to inspect the issue. They confirmed there was a problem with the shower/hot water valves that required repairs and offered us a replacement room at that point. Unfortunately, after all the inconvenience, lack of communication, and poor service, we were already fed up and decided to check out one day earlier than planned. This experience was stressful and disappointing, especially when traveling with children. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance, communication, and customer service.

The layout of our room was nice, however our pull out was broken and we had to put the mattress on the floor. As well, the AC was almost non existent. The one plus is we didn’t have to pay much for all that.

Front desk upon arrival was not a good experience. However during stay; all are good.

One working elevator, many botched repairs with patches on ceilings, no blankets, pot holed parking lot was like a dirt road, difficulty understanding the Indian staff, breakfast had very soggy potato's (from prior day), hard boiled eggs only, and rubber bacon....not a good experience.

Room service deliberately did not stock water or check for liquid soap replacements. When I called for delivery, it took a long time to arrive. The last time I was bathing, I realized the liquid soap was finished. I called for more soap and was told to wait because room service had not yet arrived at work.

I paid for and reserved a hot tub sweet for mothers day for me and my lady and they did not give me a hot tub room and lied to me that they would give me a upgraded room and instead gave me their basic room. I was not compensated for this loss at all

The staff should have to maintain a certain level of personal hygiene. Only one elevator working and it seemed like the staff put themselves as a priority to use it.

For a Raddison it’s underwhelming. Staff were nice, amenities limited.

Old hotel in need of renovation. Much better options nearby.

Air conditioner is old AF, super loaud and didn't cool the room properly. Worst sleep of all the places I stayed during my 7 day trip. They lock out their tv's and don't allow other devises to be plugged in. Neat decorative building accents and the breakfast was very well done and plenty of options for all to enjoy.

Very nice rooms and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again
