NYCから車でナイアガラフォールズに行く予定だったため、夜遅くに到着予定だったのでHotelはとりあえず寝る予定だけでここをチョイスしたがロケーションはとても良い。フロントも親切だった。清潔感は無いが、寝るだけなら全然OK! 駐車場も翌日フリーで１日止めさせてくれた。

I checked in late, but I'm grateful to the staff who waited for me even though it was a cold, snowy day. They were very friendly. However, the room was very cold. I will definitely book this place again in the warmer months. The location is also excellent. One thing ! We needed hot water machine or microwave.

Pet friendly for sure. Room was great. Dated but i love it here.

It was not the cleanest, They go in your room while you are still staying there, They wait to see your car gone befor going on with your belongings in there, Tirnef the tv on with remote but could not turn it off had to unplug the tv

There was a smell of cigarette smoke upon entry of the room and the bed sheets, pillow look unclean and used. The Sofa look too used. Although, I pay $130 for two nights (December) Weekday, so you get what you pay for. If you want quality you have to pay more. It’s so-so hotel if you want sometime off to look around and if you have an extreme budget, the rainbow hotel is good for one night stay max.

Furniture and fixtures were old and worn. Ceiling smoke detector was missing its battery. Despite this, the room was clean and relatively quiet. About what you would expect from a budget 2-star accomodation.

I have stayed here multiple times with no issues… Room is clean nothing fancy… Staff is amazing always willing to help… It’s my number one choice for overnight in Niagara Falls… It’s within walking distance to the casino and many restaurants…

This was a horrible experience, once I saw the cleanliness of the check-in area I should have requested a refund and left. The first room I was given had animal feces right on the bed. The second room was caked in dust and particle bits of I don't know behind and beneath every piece of furniture. There was no central heat, only a fireplace which I was scared to use based on the cleanliness of the rest of the room and a dirty old wall air conditioner. The hot tub and taps in the bathroom were extremely loose and the water took a long time to heat up. The parking was not free nor was there a lot of space for parking and there was no coffee maker in the room.

Cleanliness and amenities need a lot to improve.

The place was clean, friendly, and quiet. My dog loved having her own bed. I have no conplaints at all

The room was not clean the beds sinks on one side the hydro is all plugged in by a extension cords the fire place dont work i would not be staying there again if there was a way to rate this as 0 stare i would

Hot tub in room ok Shower curtain in bathroom had mold on it Was broght a used garbage can for anice bucket and plastic insert for ice bucket had mold on it. Towels in bathroom were dirty.

The housekeeping was kind and nice. He's name is Dustin, they call him as Dee. The tv was working well and it's just walking distance to fallsview casino. I will definitely come back again

Great location. But don't be fooled by the price. There is a $20/night parking charge which is not advertised on Expedia.

I booked two rooms and both rooms had alot of dirty around the covers and towels look clean but everything else not clean and both rooms smell cigarettes not there again.

Room was not clean. Towels dirty. Trash all around the property. Never staying here again
