NYCから車でナイアガラフォールズに行く予定だったため、夜遅くに到着予定だったのでHotelはとりあえず寝る予定だけでここをチョイスしたがロケーションはとても良い。フロントも親切だった。清潔感は無いが、寝るだけなら全然OK! 駐車場も翌日フリーで１日止めさせてくれた。

The room was fine( give 2 out 5 ) but the seat and floor was very dirty we had to wash it or selve and still dirty after cleaning it whit alcohol , and an other surprise we had extra fees for the parking even if we were staying there so 15 $ for each night so plus our room for two night very very desapointed .

Have real support people who are concerned about there customers

Place is what it is.. nice location. Staff was very nice. Hot tub was cold.. did t start to warm up until 12/1 PM..

Hotel staff were so welcoming and even joked around with us! Anything we needed we were quickly accommodated and with friendliness. Our room was just the right size, nice and cool, and so close to the Casino, Skylon, many restaurants, and a short walk down to the beautiful falls. Clifton Hill is not a far walk either. Tim Hortons is literally next door too! Needed for some us coffee drinkers lol Definitely will be coming back. Thank you for the hospitality from Rooms 25&26 😊

Bathroom was dirty could be a lot cleaner

Great location, definitely needs some maintenance but it was fine to crash: I mean you get what you pay for. Staff was great- and location great- but definitely needs some clean up

It was truly disappointing. The rooms had mold, musty smell, there was repairs done in bathroom before we arrived and they did not clean up the remains. Sawdust on floor, plaster in bathroom… 1 garbage pail and it was a recycled ice cream bucket. TV would not function, called desk and said no one is available so we worked thru it and finally got a signal. Parking was $20 extra ??????? Overall great location but not worth the negative mentioned above. Sad actually

Don’t expect much from here. If you just need a place to sleep to be close to the falls. If they up kept it and update it it would be a cute place to stay.

I was very impressed with the location. Everything was less than 10 minutes walk. For the price you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend it. I was traveling with my dog and they didn’t have any issues with it. Over all perfect location and accommodation. Great trip thanks to the location

Very friendly manager upon arrival. The room was clean and spacious and the outdoor pool was perfect with the hot tub. Would definitely come back. Very convenient location next to fallsview.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I entered the room, I found a sock left on the floor by the previous guest! The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning. It was 36°C outside, and even after running the A/C for more than five hours, the room didn’t cool down at all. It was unbearably hot, and I was drenched in sweat and unable to sleep. I reported the problem to the owner, but instead of offering another room, they simply gave me a fan. That was nowhere near enough in such extreme heat. I finally managed to fall asleep at around 3:30 a.m. out of sheer exhaustion. The lack of cleanliness, the broken air conditioning, and the owner’s unwillingness to resolve the situation made for a truly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property.

We were disappointed with our stay. The room was not as clean as we expected and had a noticeable musty smell. The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, so the sheet came loose during the night and I ended up sleeping directly on the bare mattress. There were also only three pillows provided not the standard four. We were also surprised to be charged an additional $15 for parking on top of the room rate, which wasn’t a pleasant way to start our stay. The one highlight was the pool area, which was attractive and appeared to be well maintained. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the room outweighed that positive. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.
