The rooms and bathrooms were clean. We were there mid week in winter to ice fish so there was low occupancy. I wasn’t expecting a ton of staff, but there were some maintenance issues for the hot tub and snow clearing to walk from one area to the other that were lacking. The price for the location was very reasonable though and Georgina and surrounding area are amazing! Very satisfied overall

Very good location, can access lake directly, the ice on lake still safe for walking and skating! Very beautiful view!

Breakfast wasnt available until 7:30. Far too late for anyone on a business trip. Room was smelly. Stairs in poor condition.

Bed and pillows were too firm.

Our stay at the property was terrific. There's lots of snow however it was a beautiful spot. The young gentleman at the front desk gave the same service as a five-star hotel. Well mannered while practiced and very professional. I'll be honest not what I was expecting. In fact I think that sums up the whole hotel everything was better than I expected.

The pool is small 10 people maximum and you would be touching. The hot tub does not work. The breakfast is a joke. Its nothing like google or their website states. The room has cracks every and my bathroom door was broken. The bathroom have been renovated. The property is gorgeous, has a community fire pit in the summer and out door tables. Also its own beach. If this place was maintained it would be a dream. However they have horrible management and when talking to the manager he was rude, dishonest and pushy.

My visit was in the winter and related to sports, so the activities were minimal. Sumer must be a great time because all the activities the weather allows. The views are awesome and the complementary breakfasts was good.

Our room didn’t have hot water. Couldnn’t have a shower. Our toilet ran all night. The beds were rock hard. The baseboards were un gluing. Room was clean. Hard to park my truck. Very limited parking because of the snow. Pool was freezing cold. Hot tub didn’t work

Our stay was great!! wouldve been nice if there was an elevator to bring up our luggage but otherwise we had an amzing time!

Manager was rude and not helpful at all. Ended up billing me for my friends room

The snow was piled up in front of rooms had to climb snow banks. Stair steps up to second level rooms were not cleared felt unsafe climbing ice covered steps. Balcony/ veranda along second level was never cleared of snow and ice just a treacherous trampled ice path across the room fronts.

Need better snow removal not many places to park.

Wanted have some good relaxing family time in the pool during the long weekend. BUT swimming pool and Hot tub BOTH are broken. FALSELY ADVERTISED as having indoor pool, but the water is super cold. The heater in the pool does not work. No one could use the pool during our stay. Gym is super tiny. They don't clean snow in their parking lot. Don't even keep some shovels for guest to clear the snow to take their cars out. Breakfast was okay. "Lakeside Room" was outside their main building, which was not written in their advertisement and had no lake view, rather had parking view. Will NEVER go back again. I go on many vacations, but I wish I would n't waist my money booking this vacation.

Check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The property was full of snow. Barely any paths cleared, it made for a difficult time getting around. We had plans to use the hot tub over the weekend; however, The hot tub was out of service and that was not mentioned anywhere prior to us showing up, we found out first hand. Apparently it’s been out of service for quite a while. The beds are a little hard and the pillows as well. Otherwise the room was nice.

It is a nice location on the lake. The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. It is a motel with exterior doors in to each room. There was a 3 foot high and 5 foot wide snow pile from the plow in front of every room. I have limited mobility and had to drive my 4 wheel drive truck back and forth through the pile to make a path to get to the room. I then had to park on the sidewalk 5 feet from the door to unload. It was very unacceptable.
