My kids enjoyed they stayed. We will definitely go again. Quite, calm and beautiful

Everything it was good.

The exterior and grounds were in rough shape very unkempt. The flooring in our room was laminate and all separated leaving big gaps that were full of dirt. The air conditioner was SO loud you couldn’t sleep unless it was turned off but then the room was uncomfortably hot. And it smelled like sewage in our room, found the culprit to be our toilet wasn’t actually attached to the floor and had a gap where the toilet pipe was leaking the smell of sewage into our room, another family said their room smelled like a hockey bag! The breakfast wasn’t much of a breakfast my son took one bite of a sausage and gagged and he loves breakfast sausage. We put food on our plate sat down and decided against eating the food. The soccer team we were with the boys went into the pool hot tub area there were no towels and when I went to the lobby to ask for some I was informed it would be at least 10min before we could get towels. The only good thing was the view of the water.

The location is beautiful. The hotel is old, falling apart and beyond dirty! I mean, disgusting!! We tried 3 different rooms and all stunk terribly. We settled on this room and house keeping came to spray freshener and give it a clean for us. It was still disgusting. I'm not picky. I just need clean and safe. This was NOT clean! This was over $200 for one night. Never again.

Our room was good. But other rooms kept partying until 5am and didn't let us sleep. We also wanted to rent kayak, but there was a language barrier with the reception so we thought they only have paddle board, later we realized they didn't understand what we asked. Location is very good and right on the lake.

Staff were nice. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and the room smelled of stale, old beer. The "rentable" peddle boats were not available

It could be better

I liked that it was quiet and clean. With the property on the lake the scenery is beautiful. I also like that there is a pool area.

My reservation clearly stated from your site that I would have a water facing ground floor room, when I arrived I was offered a 2nd floor room, they did find me a ground floor room but it was not water facing and actually had a completely blocked view of anything because there was a brick corner brick wall of the building outside the window. I have never been so disappointed with a room and never ended up with such a booking and wonder if I should use your service at all???

Do NOT bother witb this place. Im disabled, reserved a 1st floor room. They stuck me in some back building on the 2nd floor. Then my credit card gets 2 of the 100$ security deposits placed on it. Breakfast was abysmal. We were expdcting the buffet as in the photos. We were rudelybasked what we wanted, Pancakes or scrambled eggs. I ordered eggs and my fiance orderd pancakes. Well, we both got a plate of cold sausages, (2 each) and over cooked scrambled eggs with ..... French fries, not home.fries, frozen McCain frenchfries. When she mentioned about then pancakes. The waiter says... "oh" and walks away. Now, lets start with the parking lot... it floods when it rains and I mean full damn lake. The roof in the dining room was leaking in several spots. The front desk woman is something else. The sauna and workout room were not operational. The pool and hot tub both have missing towels and the place hasnt been health inspected since march 2024. Save yourself the headache. This is no spa and resort. It is a death trap. Just look at the stairs leading to the upper levels. They arent closed in at the bottom. This place is just one big violation. Sad really, it was such a pretty place.

Friendly staff. Easy check in/check out. Great place overall.
