Good hotel

Great location and big rooms

Room was very clean and it was a pleasant surprise it was updated. We were not given a fire log until we asked but the eventual room refresh was excellent. Every staff person was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, always happy to help. We also loved the amenities of the hot tub, sauna and pool. We used them every day after snowshoeing and skiing. Comfy beds and nicely laid out suite where we were able to make several simple meals.

Amenities was great, access to really heated pools and hot tubs, sauna and fire place. Very nice. Close to lot of restaurants.

La chambre était correct mais un bruit continue (chauffage ou frigidaire) a été très dérangeant pour dormir.

Foyer au bois dans la chambre très agréable. Piscine extérieure chauffée, sauna et tourbillon en excellent état. Belle ambiance SPA. Cet hôtel est un excellent rapport qualité prix. J’adore y séjourner !

Les chambres en général sont bien mais il y avait beaucoup de statique dans les draps ce qui est quand même désagréable. Nous avions loué 3 chambres et les 3 avaient ce problème.

The outside hot pool in the winter was amazing ! Everything was great.

Chambre propre

Excellent location, great outdoor spa and pool, clean.

Kayla from the front desk was delightful and welcomed us warmly. Room was nicely updated. Disappointed with the fire place and the only self burning log we found in the bathroom and took awhile to figure out how to heat the room which was freezing. Mini kitchenette was practical. My own negative comment was the level of clean. Floors were not vacuumed before us and the bathroom grout was a bit gross. Overall for a three star and the location, it was good. Perhaps ensure housekeeping vacuums and cleans floors after e every guest and have some instructions for the heating system and fireplace.

Clean room. Bed was super comfortable! Excellent value for money! Outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna were fabulous!

The room was not The identical that we had on the pictures. It was not very clean.

The hotel would be decent but while we were there it was undergoing renovations, and the hallways were a mess (especially outside of our room) and we were woken up in the morning by loud construction noises coming from both rooms on either side of us. Also, the sheets were so thin they were see-through, and the bed was a mattress on plywood. What was supposed to be a relaxing girls getaway was anything but relaxing.

Room and bathroom were spacious and clean, mattress was very comfortable
