Bed bugs and no manager to talk to. They said we should be called back the next day, never did, they did not agree to clean the room after the first night. Overall disapointed. even though rest of the hotel prestations were nice.

Room was very clean and it was a pleasant surprise it was updated. We were not given a fire log until we asked but the eventual room refresh was excellent. Every staff person was friendly, welcoming and accommodating, always happy to help. We also loved the amenities of the hot tub, sauna and pool. We used them every day after snowshoeing and skiing. Comfy beds and nicely laid out suite where we were able to make several simple meals.
