朝食は色々な国から来ている学生さん達といっしょに食べます。学生の気持ちにもどったようで楽しかったです。小さなキッチン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジがあるので家族連れにも便利です。フィンチ駅まで急行バスがあり地下鉄へのアクセスも苦ではありません。歩いて行ける距離に地元スーパーあり。バスで5分程度の所にはフェアビューモールという大きなモールがあり、買い物も楽しい。

I just like that it was inclusive. I stayed withnmy cousin so the two beds if needed was great but one gave us enough room to move around comfortably. Thanks guys

Very basic residence, which is cheap. It could have for sure been cleaner as I had a hair in my bed and a huge stain on the shower curtain!

Struttura recente, confortevole , con camere ampie e ampia possibilità di parcheggio, anche coperto . Apprezzata la possibilità del self service e mini supermercato interno così degli altri servizi .. Purtroppo un po’ decentrata rispetto alle zone centrali di Toronto

Clean rooms

I booked this property through Expedia thinking I was getting a budget-friendly hotel “located on a campus.” Nowhere in the listing did it clearly state that this is active student housing, with students living in the neighboring rooms and roaming the halls. It felt like I was staying in a dorm, not a hotel or aparthotel. The biggest issue? No working air conditioning in the guest rooms during peak summer. I raised the concern twice with the front desk and was told it was “being worked on.” On the second visit, a student staff member openly admitted they turn off the A/C in guest areas to save money. Meanwhile, the common areas and staff areas were fully air-conditioned. We were forced to check out a day early because the heat was unbearable. I had to cancel parts of my trip due to the extra cost and stress of dealing with this mess. This stay set me back financially and ruined part of what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip. Expedia should reconsider listing this property unless it’s clearly disclosed that it’s student housing with unreliable A/C. This was a completely unacceptable experience, and I would never stay here again.

It was a clean, air conditioned, no frills, no fuss dormitory. I stayed for 2 nights on a quiet floor; the kids at the front desk were polite and helpful. my only complain is the fact that they didn’t clean the room the 2nd day. I recommend it to anyone on a budget visiting Toronto

Excellent stay

This was college dormitory style room. There were 2 individual bed rooms with single bed per unit/room per reservation. One shared bathroom within the unit/room. It was college style room.

Clean, comfortable beds, good amenities. Check in staff could be a little friendlier and the air conditioning was so-so but everything else was excellent
