I accidentally left my jewelry there and called nack asking them to hold my room without cleaning until I got there. I returned in about an hour and a half, they had a cleaner in there who had found the case my jewelry was in, but mysteriously my $5000 rings were missing (but not my inexpensive earrings). The manager was very blase about it all and unhelpful. Defending the cleaner and talking with her secretly- told me to go ahead and call the police. When I did so I discovered the police dont even come for a theft under $10,000. So she/they have my rings and there is nothing I can do about it. If you stay there, be very careful.

On arrival, I was disappointed to find that I was checking in at Seneca College Dorm. Hotels.com need to update their website to reflect “Seneca Residence” and not “Residence Conference Center”. This building does not provide handicap parking. There is one handicap space and the clerk told us we can park there in the evening…when we got back late the first evening it was not available. Had to walk to and from the parking garage…my partner have a walking disability…I did not feel safe walking by myself late in the evening. To top it off, the fire alarm went off on Sunday morning around 3:30am…we evacuated the building…thank God the weather was okay. Checked out a day earlier. Not a good experience.

Room was very uncomfortable! Bed was awful. Air conditioning was broken while we were there. They did give us option to leave for no charge, but we were kinda stuck with what we had. They gave us two small fans to put in tiny windows that didn’t help at all with the heat in the room. Should have just drove home after the show rather then staying in this place and being exhausted from no sleep anyways.

It’s basic, but very good value. I had an excellent stay and would book again. Located on the grounds of Seneca college, it is a dorm residence that has been repurposed/dual purposed as a conference center and hotel.

Room is neat and clean, and looks like new. One bed is fine, another is terrible. The mattress and bed frame feel like they're about to fall apart. I only weigh 110 pounds, but even the slightest movement or turning makes a huge creaking sound. Parking is in another building and need 3 minutes walk.

Property was clean and well described. We were very disappointed that although we knew there were no kitchen dishes etc. there wasn't even a plastic cup in the place. We went to the front desk and.were told they were out. Also when there are 4 guests listed why is there only two towels.
