Just a couple of minutes walk to Parliament Hill, quite spacious and useful room, and nice staff. It was one of the best stays of my entire life.

オタワ都心の長期滞在型アパートホテルで、上の方の階はコンドミニアムです。 場所は非常に便利で、Rideau Centreから歩いて10分弱、O-Train (LRTで中心部は地下走行)Parliament駅からは1ブロック、またほとんどのバス路線のバス停も近くにあります。 議会議事堂のすぐそばのオフィス街にあるため、夜は静かです。 各部屋はリビングダイニング＋進出で広々としていて、キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり、長期滞在に便利です。また新しいため設備はきれいです。 清掃は毎日でなく、4日前に申し込む必要があります。 ホテルにレストランはありませんが、朝食はすぐ隣のカフェになります。1回に現在入居レストラン募集中のスペースがあり、将来的にはレストランができる可能性もあるのかもしれません。 Farm Boyというスーパーが歩いて数分のところに2店あり、そこで買い物することを勧められました。 オタワに1週間以上滞在する方にお勧めです。

When we checked in, there was no trolley available to bring our luggage from the garage up to our room on the 4th floor. The receptionist said he would send someone down to help us, but no one came. We are a couple well into our 70s whp paid well over $500 for a one-night stay. For that price, I expect better service. I explained to the receptionist that my husband is injured and I have a disability that prevents me from walking more than 100 metres, but he still didn’t offer us any help. The mattresses are too soft and the duvets are too heavy and hot to use in the summer. We looked for lighter blankets in all the closets, but there were none. I have never stayed in a "luxury" hotel that did not provide extra blankets. I was really looking forward to taking a bath after a long, exhausting day. But although I have three university degrees, I could not figure out how to work the hypermodern fixtures to turn on the water. They simply did not move. The hotel should provide instructions. And disposable showercaps. We took a two-bedroom suite for better sleeping conditions, but the inner bedroom I slept in had no air circulation. It was airless and stuffy, impossible to sleep in.

The location was excellent. The facilities were well maintained. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed.

Everything was perfect

I stayed at reStays for two nights while attending a work-related meeting in Ottawa and had an excellent experience. The location is outstanding, with easy access to many of Ottawa’s key attractions, restaurants, and business destinations. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and I very much appreciated the complimentary room upgrade offered upon arrival. My room was clean, modern, and well-appointed, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I was also pleased with the fitness facility. While not a large gym, it was well-equipped for a hotel property and the 24-hour access was particularly convenient given my work schedule. Overall, reStays provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, supported by excellent service and a great location. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Ottawa and would gladly recommend it to others.

The junior studio queen was immaculately clean. It had a modern esthetic. We appreciated access to laundry, washer and dryer in the studio. The washroom was small and for me problematic as there were no grab bars for those of us with a mobility issue or ledges to put toiletries on in the shower. You may need to request extra towels depending upon your length of stay. We did and they were promptly supplied. The parking was accessed through a different elevator than the tower our room was in. This presented a minor inconvenience at check in. We may stay again but would likely need to upgrade to a suite and ask if they have any with shower grab bars.

Lovely large apartment, but bedroom area small in comparison, balcony underwhelming

Hotel is in an excellent location, lovely staff. Very clean and quiet. The washer and dryer and laundry detergent included were a big bonus while we were travelling around Canada

Conveniently located in the heart of the city, this is the perfect stay for anyone that hates living out of a suitcase when they travel. The ample closet space, separate living room, and full kitchen allowed me the comforts of 'feeling like home' while only steps away from my destination.

An excellent base to see Ottawa. Very close to all the main sites, all easily walkable. The accommodation was clean and very well maintained with helpful staff at reception to answer any questions we had. Didn’t make use of the gym or games room but both looked good. Would highly recommend restays and we would definitely use again.

Point central. Super café a côtés . Equipment cuisine et surtout lave vaisselle un peu compliqué, en effet le mien avait une fuite d eau . Sinon conciergerie impeccable Je compte réserver l an prochain 😉
