Just a couple of minutes walk to Parliament Hill, quite spacious and useful room, and nice staff. It was one of the best stays of my entire life.

オタワ都心の長期滞在型アパートホテルで、上の方の階はコンドミニアムです。 場所は非常に便利で、Rideau Centreから歩いて10分弱、O-Train (LRTで中心部は地下走行)Parliament駅からは1ブロック、またほとんどのバス路線のバス停も近くにあります。 議会議事堂のすぐそばのオフィス街にあるため、夜は静かです。 各部屋はリビングダイニング＋進出で広々としていて、キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり、長期滞在に便利です。また新しいため設備はきれいです。 清掃は毎日でなく、4日前に申し込む必要があります。 ホテルにレストランはありませんが、朝食はすぐ隣のカフェになります。1回に現在入居レストラン募集中のスペースがあり、将来的にはレストランができる可能性もあるのかもしれません。 Farm Boyというスーパーが歩いて数分のところに2店あり、そこで買い物することを勧められました。 オタワに1週間以上滞在する方にお勧めです。

My stay at reStays was lovely! The staff friendly, helpful and very responsive! I was given a room upgrade which is a nice bonus. When I entered my room, the rainfall shower wasn't working however I called maintenance for help and within minutes Kevin, the maintenance technician came up and fixed it right away. He was so efficient and kind! The gym and lounge area was a nice touch. I wish there was a restaurant or food available for room service however it is a very central location so access to a variety of food was not lacking! I would recommend this hotel!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was great - nice soaker tub. Only negatives: we stayed in the winter and it was so drafty. There was a very strong draft coming in from the balcony door, which made the living space unbearably cold. Add to that the couches were leather, so they remained very cold and there were no small blankets or other comforts. Overall, the living space felt very cold in temperature and vibe.

First time staying at this hotel in Ottawa. Nice big rooms, very clean, good gym facilities, lots of restaurants in the area.

AC was good, the room was clean, and overall, my experience was great. The only issue was that my shower water pressure was extremely low.

Extremely clean facilities. Suite was spacious, everything was in great condition. We loved the amenities in the room (kitchenette, dishwasher, washer/dryer). A/C worked, but took forever to cool down, and it wasn't even super warm outside. Having the option to park onsite (for a fee) was huge, since we drove up from the Boston area. Would have been nice to have some breakfast options in the lobby or in one of the conference rooms. We also thought the "lounge" on the 12th floor was a hotel bar... It's not. It's just an extra room you can rent out for events. Not a big deal, but we were looking forward to grabbing a nightcap!

A good sized room with a comfortable bed and a good kitchen setup. Not an interesting room felt a bit like a dentist’s office. Very quiet as the room looked onto an internal courtyard so no traffic noise.

Amazing stay, how come I have never heard of Restay before? Will be back.

Everything is all right

The staff were incredibly friendly! The space was spotless, had such great natural lighting, was incredibly spacious and well-equipped. The beds were firm enough to provide support but also soft enough that you felt like you’re sleeping on a marshmallow. It was super comfortable! The property is well situated and within walking distance to many restaurants and fast food options. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Ottawa!

The air conditioning is a little bit noisy.
