Just a couple of minutes walk to Parliament Hill, quite spacious and useful room, and nice staff. It was one of the best stays of my entire life.

オタワ都心の長期滞在型アパートホテルで、上の方の階はコンドミニアムです。 場所は非常に便利で、Rideau Centreから歩いて10分弱、O-Train (LRTで中心部は地下走行)Parliament駅からは1ブロック、またほとんどのバス路線のバス停も近くにあります。 議会議事堂のすぐそばのオフィス街にあるため、夜は静かです。 各部屋はリビングダイニング＋進出で広々としていて、キッチン、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあり、長期滞在に便利です。また新しいため設備はきれいです。 清掃は毎日でなく、4日前に申し込む必要があります。 ホテルにレストランはありませんが、朝食はすぐ隣のカフェになります。1回に現在入居レストラン募集中のスペースがあり、将来的にはレストランができる可能性もあるのかもしれません。 Farm Boyというスーパーが歩いて数分のところに2店あり、そこで買い物することを勧められました。 オタワに1週間以上滞在する方にお勧めです。

Great location for downtown Ottawa. Everything is accessible and within walking distance.

Great hotel!

This was the third time we stayed at ReStays. Good location and nice staff. This time, however, one of our two rooms smelled a bit like smoke. Very disappointing since we were told that this was an upgraded room. There were no other rooms so we had no choice but to stay in it.

Tried to use the coffee machine and it didn’t work. 1/2 of the elevators on our wing broke. Had to wait or use the stairs. No hot water at times. No extra blankets or sheets for the pull out. No extra towels. Only 1 robe. Uncomfortable bed and couch. Very thin walls. Not a lot of staff. No one came to let us in from the parking garage and no one called us back when we called.

Best hotel ever. Request a walk in shower. Tub is 2 feet deep.

Had a great stay

Truly one of our best hotel experiences ever….from a simple check in to the incredible efficiency of our suite. Plenty of well lite, underground parking. Two elevators. Whisk you right up to your floor. Suite was bright. Super clean. Full amenities include full kitchen….dishwasher. Fridge and stove. Individual washer and dryer. No need to bring clothes home dirty. We stayed for 4 night. Building super quiet. Has a room safe. Had a courtyard facing balcony but we did not sit out much because of the heat. There is a beautiful lounge on the 12th floor with great views of Parliament Hill. Main floor had pool rom/gym/meeting spaces. Controlled front entrance made us feel very secure. Our queen bed was super comfortable with high thread count sheets. Big walk in closet. This will be our new go to hotel in Ottawa. Super close to tons of tourist options. Truly is a 5 star hotel!

Amazing surprise of an hotel, 1st time with this brand and will definitely look out for them again in other locations. 1st hotel with Expedia were i got upgraded without even asking and OMG what a suite I got. Staff was super professional and welcoming. Kudos to you all for a great welcome experience. No breakfast included but would have like to be included at this price, anyways lots of options around the property to get something to eat. Parking was "public" but has direct access to the hotel and is underground right there. convenient for motorcycle and solo traveling 100% recommend. Now as a suggestion, Expedia membership brings a bottle of sparking wine as courtesy, I would have preferred 2 bottles of water. but that's just me after a long day riding. Also no TV in the bedroom in my 2 bedroom room.

Every city deserves to have an restays. Just like home with a little extra to help you enjoy each city
