11月末で紅葉には遅かったが、あたり一面の雪はまた格別。今年初めての積雪だがあらゆる道は除雪され 雪が降る前に借りたレンタカーはsnow tireだった。また紅葉の時期に来たい。

Wonderful hotel. We can’t wait to go back when we can stay for a longer time.

Room was fine except carpet is stained and really needs replacing. It would be impossible for any elderly or handicap person to get in and out of the tub shower to shower

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our room and the views. Staff were lovely. The bar food was ok.

Not a 5 stars hotel. We reserved a basic room (about 400$ plus taxes) There was 3 available; they gave us the worst; just over the reception, view on the asphalt entrance road. it’s was quite noisy. They state the check in is at 4PM, but when we arrived at noon, they said the room would be ready at 2PM. We went for a walk, came back at 2PM; the room was not ready. We waited another hour to get the room. I was appalled the last clerk insisted on the check in policy as an excuse, while other places welcomes you at 2 or 3PM. When we got into the room we were surprised to find the bed cover and pillow to be wet; it took another hour to fix. Nice sized room but many amenities were deficient. The fridge was noisy, none of the wall switches for the lights were working; we had to go to each light and switch ON/OFF manually. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet but the heating was not possible and the next morning the room was quite cold. The washroom was nice but missing a security bar in the shower as the floors were quite slippery when wet. The fan was loud and the mirrors lacked an anti-fog feature. The shaving / makeup mirror was installed way too high to be useful. The shower faucets were cheap plastic missing the gripping knobs; so with wet hands it was difficult to turn them. The Ripplecove is a nice Inn if you can pay for a higher level room. Nice property on the lake, the restaurant is quite good. Their cheaper rooms are too expensive and lacking.

Beautiful property, nice activities for good weather, if rain not a smart TV so limited options. Stephane was great and reception as well, cleaning staff wonderful!

This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The lovely atmosphere, the building, the view from our room. Evetything was perfect. The only 2 points for improvement: the bathroom could do with a renovation, and the music outside in the restaurant was very unsuitable. Disco days...

beautiful grounds

Ripplecove again did not disappoint. Hubby and I appreciate the safety, quiet, cleanliness, professionalism of everyone we had encountered. I will always recommend Ripplecove to anyone who is looking for a to reset or who wants to leave behind the bustle and hustle for few days. I will also recommend a room with the lake view.

The carpet in our room was badly stained in the doorway area- otherwise a spacious comfortable room. Tv flat on wall impossible to watch from the couch which was off to the side. TV needs to be on a swivel mount

Nice hotel

We had a lovely large room with a patio overlooking the lake. While the room and view are gorgeous, you are near the pool and all of the activity on the water so it can be a bit noisy. These larger rooms have refrigerators and ovens so they are nice for families who want to prepare some food in the room. We really enjoyed our stay, but it is important to note that breakfast ends at 10 and lunch is not available until 11:30. There is no food option available in the interim. Additionally it would be great if the hotel would add a coffee bar or light breakfast option for those interested in a quick easy start to the day. I love that they have boats and SUPs available with no wait and no additional charge. Easy to just enjoy a short activity on the lake. Additionally they have a large selection of bikes and helmets for guests to use. Lovely trail nearby! Overall the resort, food and service are wonderful. Better option if you have kids than for a romantic, quiet getaway.

We had a fabulous time…the rooms, service, Food, drinks, facilities and grounds are all top-notch. It isnt cheap, but the extra expense is well deserved.
