Everything about this property was beautiful. Heated floors, wonderful beds and linens, gorgeous views, cozy pub, great service, friendly desk staff... I just wish we had been staying longer! It's expensive but it delivers.

Lovely, cozy room with a beautiful water view and a gas fireplace. Also enjoyed a delicious evening meal in the bistro and breakfast in the enclosed water front porch. Staff courteous, friendly and bilingual. Would certainly visit again in warmer weather.

Prestige Room was just amazing. The quality of the decor and appliance, the view of the lake is incredible. Heated floors, quiet air temperature control system.

Gorgeous facility but very disappointing maintenance. Our room had a “lake view” but the windows were filthy…beautiful bathroom but mildew on the ceiling…

Wonderful hotel. We can’t wait to go back when we can stay for a longer time.

Room was fine except carpet is stained and really needs replacing. It would be impossible for any elderly or handicap person to get in and out of the tub shower to shower

The property is absolutely gorgeous. We really enjoyed our room and the views. Staff were lovely. The bar food was ok.

Not a 5 stars hotel. We reserved a basic room (about 400$ plus taxes) There was 3 available; they gave us the worst; just over the reception, view on the asphalt entrance road. it’s was quite noisy. They state the check in is at 4PM, but when we arrived at noon, they said the room would be ready at 2PM. We went for a walk, came back at 2PM; the room was not ready. We waited another hour to get the room. I was appalled the last clerk insisted on the check in policy as an excuse, while other places welcomes you at 2 or 3PM. When we got into the room we were surprised to find the bed cover and pillow to be wet; it took another hour to fix. Nice sized room but many amenities were deficient. The fridge was noisy, none of the wall switches for the lights were working; we had to go to each light and switch ON/OFF manually. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet but the heating was not possible and the next morning the room was quite cold. The washroom was nice but missing a security bar in the shower as the floors were quite slippery when wet. The fan was loud and the mirrors lacked an anti-fog feature. The shaving / makeup mirror was installed way too high to be useful. The shower faucets were cheap plastic missing the gripping knobs; so with wet hands it was difficult to turn them. The Ripplecove is a nice Inn if you can pay for a higher level room. Nice property on the lake, the restaurant is quite good. Their cheaper rooms are too expensive and lacking.

Beautiful property, nice activities for good weather, if rain not a smart TV so limited options. Stephane was great and reception as well, cleaning staff wonderful!
