Clean rooms with a continental breakfast included. There is gated underground parking at a reasonable rate, as well as surface level parking. The staff was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly.
The Rock The Park music festival is within walking distance from the hotel, so that worked out well for our purposes.

- hotel was well-maintained
- Staff were kind, courteous, and friendly
- continental breakfast was available for a longer duration during the weekends
- Cleaning staff were present and available when needed
- coffee machine was available within the hotel room
Cons
- hotel room does not have drinking water available in the room, only a bathroom sink
- pillows are incredibly uncomfortable
- air-conditioning is unreliable; recommendation is to set temperature to a half degree lower than intended temperature
- Staff were quite busy and resorted to verbal signals rather than providing assistance

The location is beside a homeless shelter.

Under construction means jackhammers. Avoid until its over. They say 10am-6pm is what the city allows for noise thats fine but you have to wear ear plugs in your own room if you want to be in there in those hours.

We chose this hotel as it was very conveniently located and was close to the venue we were attending. It also provided parking for a reasonable rate which we required. The staff at the front desk on check-in and check-out were friendly. The room was nice and cold which was appreciated for a heat wave. The thicker drapes did not close at all and so we only had the light sheer drapes which were useless at blocking out the sun in the morning. It shone right on my bed and woke me early. The bathtub had noticeable amounts of sand in it. And the hotel was undergoing renovations. On check-out I noticed a sign to one side at the desk announcing the renovations, but on check-in I did not see the sign and we weren't informed of the renovations. It was quite shocking when the hours of jackhammering on the floor above us began. The hotel did comp our one night of parking though as a result. I hadn't realized that a complimentary breakfast was included. It was self-serve but there were a variety of options and we were all happy with it. There were some negatives, but for the price, location and parking I would stay here again.

The property is being renovated, so something to consider. The room was clean but other parts of property we not. Stained carpet etc. The staff were friendly, quick check in and the included breakfast was good. There is an additional charge for parking. Overall good for the price. We would use again at that price point.

Would not recommend this hotel. Dated, not very clean with limited amenities and located right next to a shelter/halfway house. People passed out in the front as well as the back parking lot. They have gated underground parking but low ceiling height so no good for trucks and SUV’s. Not much around in terms of restaurants etc.

This spot is right next to a drug use hangout. I did not feel safe with my daughter at all and honestly wanted to leave in the middle of the night but there were police and people strung out blocking the exit. Some of them had snuck into the “secure” parking lot and had to be removed.
It was very noisy all night long.

The room was great, great location, friendly staff,but the breakfast was mediocre and the hotel was under construction the entire stay. Plus there was a bunch of homeless people who were definitely doing drugs ~25 feet from the front entrance the entire stay

This is an ok place to stay. Starting with the positive, staff are really friendly towards kids and really attentive when you need help. Be sure to stop by the front desk with your kids for a little treat.
Our warnings (please read):
#1: This hotel is beside a homeless shelter with very prominent drug use in front. The area is not safe to walk around in. Be sure to park your car in the lower gated lot. Once you are in the hotel, it is fine.
#2: We would recommend you bring some Lysol because the cleaning staff are not the most thorough (we had hair in our tub and toothpaste residue in our sink).
#3: Breakfast is not well staffed. You often have to remind them to restock things, like coffee, milk, bagels.
#4: Be prepared. The place is really showing it's age. A lot of things are worn/breaking/ don't work. In our case it was the washroom fan, peeling wallpaper, and very stained carpet. Maybe bring slippers.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a deeply disappointing and unsafe experience. The room had bed bugs, the carpet felt moist, and the bedframes were protruding, leaving metal exposed between the two beds. When the front desk called to check in, I mentioned how unsafe it was. She said maintenance would come the next day, but no one ever showed up.
Upon checkout, we reported the bed bugs and even showed a video. The front desk acted surprised, which was frustrating given the seriousness of the issue. Overall, the room conditions and lack of follow‑through made this stay unacceptable.

We had to switch rooms as our door would not lock. Good thing we checked. The bathroom fan was VERY loud (think elephant) in the new room.
The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good.
But really, far too expensive for what we got, especially with parking an additional charge yet on top.

Things not appealing about this motel:
There are several homeless people that hang out most of the day and night right next door to the motel. The motel charges $16 per day for parking whether you park in the outside parking lot or the indoor gated lot. The bathroom fan is obnoxiously loud. It is on the same switch as the bathroom light. There is no way to turn off the fan if you want to see when you are using the bathroom. Grab and go breakfast is unappealing.
Appealing things about this motel:
Clean and quiet (accept for bathroom fan).
