I definitely do not recommend. There’s a homeless shelter right beside & about 15 ‘people’ were outside - most with the ‘fentanyl bend’. when we left next day one appeared lifeless on the curb which leads into the parking garage. inside hotel- there are some ‘ long-term stay guests’ who were quite noisy The carpet in the hallways has big stains, and the wallpaper has rips in it

I was told over the phone that the property was fully accessible and it was NOT. There were stairs from the parking lot to the hotel. (there was a VERY INCONVENIENT ramp.) The toilet was the very lowest I have seen. There was no bar so I could not get off without my husbands help.

Great stay before a concert at Canada Life Place. Very easy walk to get there and plenty of restaurants along the way. Hotel staff was very helpful and our room suite comfortable. Nice underground parking that is secured. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent place for a one night stay.

Parking was onsite and easy. Check in was good. Asked for a late check out by email and was told subject to availability. Asked again at check in and was told they’d have to see in the morning. I was running a half marathon in the morning and needed to know if I’d have a place to shower post run. Had to call at 7am and was finally granted an hour. WiFi was good but TV wasn’t a smart TV which is always nice.

I booked this hotel since I had half a day before an outgoing flight, and needed a spot to leave my bags and to have a rest if needed. The good thing is my room was ready early. If I had booked this hotel and was planning to stay the night, I would have walked out. The check in area is tiny, with barely enough room for 3 people with suitcases. When I arrived there were two people waiting and NO EMPLOYEES to be found! A full 10 mins later someone showed up and he was kind of snarky when one of the patrons complained. Anyways, my room was ready so I headed upstairs to drop my bags off. Let me say that I can tell The room had been cleaned, however, the carpets were stained badly, in the hallways and room. Chipping paint and scuffed walls seemed to be everywhere I looked. So it was more of a hotel maintenance issue but it still felt dirty. On the floor of my room was a dead and disgusting bug of some kind. I decided I would NOT be taking a nap in this room. When I walked out to find a restaurant I realized the hotel was in a sketchy area (next to low barrier housing so lots of drug users right on the sidewalk outside hotel). Not the end of the world, but I definitely wouldn’t feel safe at night. I was surprised that this hotel is a Sandman as in past experience their properties are pretty good. Honestly this place felt WAY over priced for what it was. The other employees I encountered (besides the initial check in guy) were kind and helpful and I feel bad they have to work there

Suite was a perfect size and very clean. Parking was good and staff were excellent.

Manager at check in and check out was lovely. Breakfast was substantial and parking was gated and hotel was in a safe area and walking distance to restaurants and Canada Life Center an easy few blocks.

Parking is not included with room but secure. Hotel was under construction so elevator was not handy at peak times. Other than that nice spot.

Nice staff, clean rooms!

Good value for money. Beds a little old and pillows too hard but otherwise great. Clean, good water pressure, friendly and helpful staff.

The area is a bit dodgy and lots of homelessness and drug use was evident in the neighborhood. The hotel itself was pretty secure. The property is getting old. But nothing wrong everything was functional.

I stayed in an executive suite and it was great. The room is definitely dated but I hear renovations are happening. Parking was a bit confusing; you need your room key so you have to get in and check-in before you get underneath. The breakfast was included and it’s fine, it’s continental with a small variety but I was fine with it. The microwaveable pre-made sausage breakfast sandwich was far better than I expected to be honest lol! The reason for my high review is the woman at the front desk was very lovey. She took great care of me and made me feel safe and welcome on my first night staying in London.

Unfortunately our fridge did not work, staff did offer another room, but thought it unnecessary as we only had 1 night left Fill fridge bucket with ice to keep our food cool

Location was key to all hot spots in the city. Highly recommend. Clean place and great free breakfast Have to pay $16 to park tho but that will be the same most anywhere

Inexpensive hotel as well maintained as more expensive ones. Experienced zero problems.
