We have stayed here several times during various renovations. While it does not look like much from the outside, the rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Since they also include a breakfast and often $100 or more less than the nearby Delta or Hilton they are our goto when we need a room.

Bed were bad. Couldn't control room temp despite having a thermostat on the wall. TV had basically nothing to watch Wifi kicks you off constantly in a single day requiring you to resign up over and over

The staff were kind and hard working. The included breakfast was good. The breakfast room was clean and well organized. There was no USB hole in the room so unless you brought a plug in with a USB hole you needed to charge your device in the office

Handy and affordable place for a business trip.

The one thing we did not like was having to reconnect to wifi every day. It was really annoying. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Its in a terrible neighbourhood, there are alot of people milling around outside that have addiction issues - it doesn't feel safe at all. They had a security guard there but you have to walk through it everytime you go in and out. A block further away is a totally different situation.

Nice room and good amenities. Front desk staff were all very friendly. Only problem we encountered were all the drug addicts hanging around outside when we returned to the hotel in the evening.

Hotel and service is fine. Carpet was a bit sticky and smelled of cigarettes. Too many homeless people outside. Definitely park your car underground.

Great hotel. Very simple. In the heart of downtown London. Be prepared to see the totality of the cities diverse residents walked by the hotel.

Next door building is a refuge for homeless. The area is basically an homeless district. The hôtel is old and in need of rénovation.

Three stars because our room's AC unit was extremely loud and so was the bathroom fan. Not to any fault of theirs but there's quite a significant amount of homeless people, questionable characters in the immediate vacinity and homeless shelter nxt door. When we mentioned the AC unit at check out, the staff offered us a discount to our room and comped us one night of free parking ($16 per day). We stayed for two nights. Just didn't want to complain about the room because when we checked in upon arrival it was almost midnight and we were really tired and had to be out early and back late again the next day. Overall, clean hotel. Locked gated area for the underground parking made us feel alot better getting in anf out of our car late at night.

Breakfast bar was pitiful! Many homeless people congregated next door. Parking was secure

I feel bad for this hotel and staff. The staff are friendly and the hotel itself is basic but ok. Secure parking lot. Free breakfast. Free wifi. But the area is not good. There seems to be a worse than average homeless crisis happening in downtown London, and many were congregating around this hotel. I will not return. Sorry Sandman.
