Stayed here after getting off the ferry after a flight from the UK. We were all exhausted so really appreciated getting into comfy beds as soon as we could. Free breakfast was really appreciated too.

Lovely location snd charming hotel. Room was basic but spacious. Bed was a bit springy. Kitchenette with fridge, hotplate microwave and coffeemaker was appreciated. Basic plates, utensils as well.
Great breakfast included. Loved the location by the water- a nice walkway for a stroll.

The room was spotless, the staff were so so amazing and so very dog friendly that made us feel so welcoming.
The only two things is the lack of an elevator - my husband has some mobility issues so an elevator would have been nice, and the breakfast room was quite tiny. You could take your breakfast to your room but that is tricky to carry two breakfasts upstairs but both of these are being addressed and they hope to be working on them soon.. Even with these two minor items I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend them

This is a very nice hotel. If you choose a view room you will not be disappointed. My fault for assuming they had an elevator - standard 14 steps up to our second floor room. Clean, quiet, with blackout curtains and comfy bed.

The hotel's location is perfect for experiencing Sydney's local businesses and activities.
The property may not be a 5-star property in terms of physical quality, but the location, staff, and housekeeping are great. The only warning is that there is no elevator to the second floor (best view), which can be difficult for seniors and families with a lot of luggage. Note: the front desk does offer help.
If you plan to visit Victoria, I highly recommend an overnight stay in Sydney, and Sidney Waterfront Inn & Suites is your best choice.

This place was great other than getting there late and having no staff to greet us. It was a bit concerning to be honest. Doors are locked at night but there is no security working at night.
Otherwise it was a great spot. The town is beautiful and very safe. Very walkable.

Nice hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast room was tiny (only two tables!), serving a minimal breakfast featuring premade omelets. When I left my handheld e-reader on the bed, the staff left a pre-printed note saying that they declined to make the bed because of personal item I’d items left on it.

The location of this hotel was great. We only stayed one night and had a room on the ground floor which I wouldn't take again as I like to open up my window. We had a little view to the ocean but overlooking the parking lot which was disappointing.
The breakfast was ok for continental but the breakfast room for really small for a hotel that size. I've learnt that they are staring to expand it soon. Otherwise, it was clean and we had everything we needed but in my opinion it's overpriced.

Stay was short but lovely. Location is excellent. Room was comfortable with a perfect view of the Sidney pier. Breakfast room was small with just 2 tables but food selection was good. Check In was not until 4pm so I’d appreciate a little bit more value for my money but would stay again
