We stayed on the third floor. The room was too hot, even with the window open. The water pressure on the bathroom sink needs to be turned down. Force on full on ends up on your body.

Great spot

Always a great time staying at the Sundance. Unfortunately we did have loud neighbours next door, but no fault of the hotel. Room was clean and love that we can bring our dog.

Rooms are basic, but have everything you need. We were lucky to get a pet friendly room with a mountain view. My only wish is that underground parking could be controlled with a reserved parking number. We were not able to leave the property to visit family during the day with the car because of the fear we would lose parking each time we left the building. Even though we paid for parking! Parking is important to when travelling with a parent was limited mobility. We had other people end up, picking us up from the hotel and driving us back-and-forth, which was inconvenient.

The hotel has the perfect location, right at the slopes and a short walking distance to all restaurants, rentals and shops. The kitchenette in our room was well equipped and toiletries were of good quality. Staff was very friendly and helpful during the Christmas holiday. The only feedback I have is that our room and facilities are outdated and were not very clean.

Room was great! The outdoor hot tub was large! The location superb!

Great hotel right on the slopes. We used the stove top and enjoyed food at the pub as well. Hard to beat the price and location!

Had a great time at the best location at Sunpeaks! Staff was friendly, working through Christmas. Definitely will be back!

The room is quite small. Parking lots are limited. Cleaning service was not timely, had to go to front desk to get clean towels, and threw garbage by ourselves.

Best location in the resort!

Robyn is always accommodating and friendly . We make the trip a few times a year .

Best hospitality at the hotel, the village and the mountain. Best of all the snow was great!
