Great location with the main ski lifts literally just out the door and a few yards away. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was quiet too! But the room wasn’t exactly clean and had a funky smell. The balcony had dog poop left on it along with cigarette butts. Lots of good crumbs in the cabinets too despite a 25 dollar cleaning charge for the kitchen.

Unbelievable that cost of parking is not included in these high prices at Sun Peaks hotels.
The bathroom door had dirty marks all over it. Small signage present in room stating you will be charged extra if the kitchenette area needs to be cleaned by housekeeping. Overall felt like underwhelming quality and value for the cost.

The location is the obvious biggest thing, but also the staff are just lovely. The kitchenette in the room mat we didn’t have to eat out all the time and I could make some simple familiar foods for my kid.

Close and varied dining options. Ski lift 50 meters from ski locker. Exceptional staff. Ski locks provided free of charge was a nice touch.
