The room was clean and spacious. We had a room with a kitchenette. The hotel is connected to Bottoms, Vertical Cafe and other shops allowing for indoor access, which is really convenient. Staff were friendly and courteous. The hot tub area is nice. It’s a decent size tub that can probably fit 15-20 people at a time. The hotel is older than the Grand so it isn’t as luxurious. The only issue we ran into: at about 1:30 in the morning a couple of groups returned from a night out at Bottoms. While they were in the hallway the noise echoed into our room and woke everyone up. Once the groups were in their rooms it seemed to subside.

Room was great. Love the close access to the lifts, the village and Bottoms!

Hotel on a ski resort. Our stay was just a stop over whilst travelling. Not a lot seemed to be open around the Hotel yet as we went outside of ski season. The room itself needs a little upgrading, the beds were uncomfortable and the carpet tired. Little kitchenette had dirty dishes in the cupboard and cutlery in the drawer, think this could be down to guests washing their own, but still should be checked.

My stay at the Sundance Lodge this past weekend was great. A staff member went above and beyond for me. I lost a sentimental gold necklace and pendant, the front desk staff promptly put the lost item on a local Facebook group. I learned later that Caitlyn not only found the necklace but she physically went to the supermarket and retrieved it on my behalf and brought it back to the front desk so I could pick up upon my return to the hotel. I am extremely grateful to her and would recommend the Sundance to anyone, super location and obviously great staff!

Great location and nice hot tub. However, room was dirty, in particular the carpet, and kitchen items such as the kettle and toaster were filthy. Would not book again.

It was a more affordable option. Parking was easy. The walkability to other locations was perfect. The elevator was broken down so we had to take the stairs. Our room was directly above the bar Bottoms, it was very loud at night. The Hotel is very dated.
