The room was in disrepair.

It so bad

Noisy,cop spend 2hrs in front of motel. room up stair reciving some custumer.Didn't respect they say to refund and over day.Lost $90..Event after i contact the broker.Very bad experience.

The room was not cleaned during our entire three-day stay. The railing to the steps to our room was not fastened properly and wiggled loosely. Fortunately, this was on the building side. The room was very hot when we arrived due to a heater in the hallway which was on. The shower door was installed in a way that made it difficult to turn the shower on while not under the cold water!

Have not processed my deposit.

The Bed sheet is burn with cigarette fire and was not changed

The first room we were brought to was infested with bugs and smelled like smoke despite it being a no smoking room. They were accommodating when we complained and gave us a new room which seemed bug free but it was overall dirty. The sheets were stained and the place overall didn't seem cleaned peoperly. The sinks were moldy and there was someone else's hair on the shower wall. The towel bar fell off the wall as soon as we grabbed a towel which was very small and thin. Overnight you could hear everything that was going on in the adjacent rooms and at about 4am someone was banging on the door to the facility and ringing the doorbell for quite a while. This was very disturbing and felt unsafe. Overall would not recommend this place or stay here again.

Our toilet was plugged and we tried to get someone to look at it but we were after 10pm and no one answered the phone. It was also very hot in there. We had to have the AC on most of the time

Newer rooms very nice

Some shady people in the area that give the place a bad rap. When I last stayed there, someone broke into my room while I was sleeping. Other than that would be a great place.

Very cheap and so would stay again if needed a place to rest for the night. Note that hotels.com says dog friendly and that it’s a $10 fee. In the end, they did honour this once I showed them, but they gave me a bit of a hard time saying that it’s not dog friendly, then calling the manager, then trying to charge me $20. They also charge $100 deposit and refund it back the next morning (…which is kind of weird - modt places just preauthorize the charge). When I said I was leaving before the office opened in the morning they agreed not to do this which was nice. But I’m pretty sure our room was downgraded (original room was crossed out on the key card holder).

It was cheap, yet it was clean and felt safe.

The process of vakidation my reservatiob was a challenge. The bed sheet was spoted yellow like someone pee in the bed. Spider in the bath.Fridge look like he was hit wuth Hammer multiple time. i cancel my reservation on the spot and won't have my family sleeping in that room. Site under renos and they should close it until they are done. At the moment they are not having good review

The staff were exceptionally rude. The room door had a broken lock. People stared in thru the windows at all hours

Staff were very rude, uncooperative, and snide. The cleaning staff tried to break into the room when i specifically said 'no service thank you'

Affordable and had no problems at all. Friendly staff.
