DONT GO HERE THEY HAVE LITERAL COCKROACHES. Yes they refunded me the nights I didnt stay but they STILL HAVE COCKROACHES. this is absolutely disgusting and despicable. Makes me sick. Nothing is clean and the place smells like mildew and mold. The rooms are non smoking but I still see tons of burn marks and cigarette holes in the carpets.

I like that it is not pricey and I was able to get where to pass the night same day I booked it.

Amazing value. The room was large and quiet. A mini- fridge and microwave were in the room. The TV worked well and had a variety of channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean with good hot water for a morning shower. The air conditioner worked well. The hotel is definitely dated, however, for the price you would be hard pressed to find better value. The location is convenient just off of Victoria Avenue.

We ate at a nearby restaurant. The staff were great. A good value.

The front staff were very polite however our original room was in a terrible condition. There was no water pressure for the bathroom sink, the floors were sticky and dirty, and our bed was covered in stains, burns marks, and we ended up finding someone else’s underwear in the sheets, making it seem as though the room had not been cleaned at all. The staff respected our concerns and unfortunately we could not get a refund but were switched to a much cleaner room, but still in a deteriorated state.

The room was dirty. The lamb was broken. The floor was wet. The ceiling was leaking. The staffs were rude. No water provided, not even a kettle. And I kept being warned about “if you forget to leave your room keys at the room before you leave, we are going to charge you.”

Rooms are nothing like the pictures on the site. Very old dirty and rough rooms. Smelled bad had holes in the wall and the door had been damaged and repaired poorly.

Dirty sheets and someone punched holes in the wall that didn't get fixed. Staff said they would charge my credit card when i checked out but immediately charged me before i left the lobby. They also didnt want to honor where i booked online and was trying to charge me full price without giving me my discount.

First room no water but they are good to change another room much better!

Yes. The staff is very supportive and friendly. Room is clean enough.

Noisy,cop spend 2hrs in front of motel. room up stair reciving some custumer.Didn't respect they say to refund and over day.Lost $90..Event after i contact the broker.Very bad experience.
