Onsite Parking was great! It was also quiet and peaceful. Good for the price.

Staff was excellent. Beds were comfortable fresh and clean. Wall and trim needed cleaning and fresh paint. Only 1 wash cloth for 3 guest. Staff accomodated our needs.

The mini fridge wasn't working and I didn't realize till the next morning. I had insulin that went warm and was unusable.

Room 224 - one of the sinks was blocked, could only properly use the other one.

The hotel was okay overall, but the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. In the bathroom, there was what appeared to be a used bandage or medical tape left attached near the shower handle, probably from a previous guest, and it was clearly never cleaned properly. That was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will never stay here again.

As per my last comment, just the blown in garbage in the parking lot that was not attended to Other than that, the staff was great and accommodating

The only thing that took away from the property was the garbage in the parking lot where it was obvious it blew in but was not attended to for at least a week - the room was nice, clean and well attended to

The room was clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The reception guy was nice and friendly. Parking is easy. Just needed slippers 😂

Sänky oli hyvä ja siisti, mutta lattia likainen. Äänieristys heikko, viereisestä huoneesta kuului puhe yöllä. Sijainti kätevä, viereiseltä huoltoasemalta sai kätevästi aamukahvin.

Everything was great but I’m waiting for my $200 room deposit to be returned. It shouldn’t take this long. This is disappointing

Staff was great. Room was quite & clean. Hotel had parking. Lots of places to eat and shop near by. Only problem was hair dryer did not work and I forgot to tell front desk. I will go back if I return there.

Second time staying here, they requested a review so here goes. The first room i was booked in was not clean, and in general they need to include wall cleaning and checkijg between mattresses etc. Thats as far as i will go. They moved me ASAP to a 2nd floor room. I would ask for a 2bd floor room if ibstayed here, i dont like rooms with direct access and they seem newer and much better. They have an old achool tub with the tub stopper!!!! Ilove this, they aren't being stingy about it i have some medical conditions and having a proper tub was amazing! And the rooms are definitely worth the price, just need some extra cleaning protocols but its a great value for the pr8ce and the staff has always done everything they can to make sure i was good with my stay.

The staff is incompetent, People are entering exist your closed room while you are sleeping. Zero security

Great location to waterfront parks, easy parking, quiet, clean room and reasonably priced.

Ficamos hospedados apenas algumas horas, das 16h30 as 02h da manhã , para tomar banho e pegar o voo logo cedo. O quarto é extremamente simples, com apenas um travesseiro para cada, sofá com pequenos rasgos, cortinas furadas e rasgadas. Alem da primeira impressão péssima, quando fomos tomar banho, o banheiro molha por completo, pia bem suja e a ducha é péssima. Como era apenas para algumas horas, como comentei acima, tudo bem. Fizemos o Check-out as 2h da manha e o atendente informou que o estorno do calção de 200,00 dólares seria realizado. O qual foi debitado da fatura e cobrado mesmo. Entramos em contato com o hotel referenteao valor cobrado, e nao tivemos nenhuma resposta. Nao sei como as avaliações aqui no hoteis.com e no google sao tao divergentes, pois no google so tem avaliações pessimas e tambem sobre o valor cobrado de 200,00 dolares cobrador apos a estadia. Infelizmente nao olhei o google antes, confinei na plataforma hoteis.com Nao se hospedem nesse hotel de quinta categoria. Ou se hospedem se quiserem passar raiva e perder 200,00 dólares. Foi a pior experiência !
