The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There were also many dining and shopping options near the hotel.

This is a warning to everyone looking to stay here. It's not great....at all. It started badly with a "lady of the night" pacing the sidewalk in front of the hotel. Then there was a broken hypodermic needle in the parking spot next to my vehicle. Getting into the lobby, it was very very worn down and dirty. The employee behind the desk was polite and professional, so no concerns about that. It was a bit odd that the deposit for damage was $200 instead of the customary $100, but it was returned at the end anyway. The room was nasty. The bathroom had damage to it as if it were punched. The sink was dirty. The walls had multiple stains, rips, dirt, and a spider. Thankfully, after checking the beds, there were no bedbugs, but I discovered blood stains on one of the box spring sheets. I have included pictures of various obvious issues I found. Overall, this place needs to be closed down, rehauled, renovated, or rebuilt, but it is NOT fit for people to stay in. I'm very very disappointed in the stay, especially for the price I paid. The second star is for the employee who was professional.

Great affordable place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful and I would stay here again.

Room a little smaller than I usually have, but met my needs. Staff helpful and can direct you to anywhere you want to go. Indoor malls, fast food and restaurants are all conveniently close. Bus service available if required.

i like the castle room only room we ever stay in its nice 2 levels hot tub needs some fixing nothing serious but noticed it’s leaking over all i always enjoy my stay with my husband

While the staff was friendly and courteous, the room smelled of feet and a powder that might have been used to try to cover the smell. The room looked clean but it was hard to get over the smell in the room. A lot of parking was very convenient since we were pulling a trailer and did not have to pay for parking here.

Service was good but the Room was not that clean. Bed was comfy but overall to expensive for what it is.

Oh wow if you want budget hotel way past its prime then that is exactly what you are getting. After reading the reviews we thought we would give it a try on our quick 2 day lay over. Check in was decent, new staff training so it took a few extra minutes which isn’t a big deal. We had a lower room and yikes! Looked like the door had been kicked in a couple times. The term “lipstick on a pig” applies to the room. A few attempts were made to disguise the fact that it may have once housed the homeless… flooring somewhat recently redone. A canvas painting haphazardly nailed to the walls with a convenient punched hole beside it. A positive is that the beds were clean and comfortable. Old food from previous customers were left in the freezer. The bathroom had (hopefully) seen better days as it came complete with a bright red light that did not work. As a quick budget stay when all you need is a quick bed and rest then this should do fine but anything beyond that I would probably suggest looking around. One thing we did enjoy was the proximity to a local kids park two blocks away in which we frequented to avoid staying in the room. All in all I kinda wish we had cancelled and moved elsewhere, but it is what it is.

The room had holes in bathroom door. The TV was fading in and out, poor reception. There was no control for heat or air conditioner. We wouldn't return.

They took a 200$ “payment” not security deposit, payment, from my card and told me the next day at checkout it would be reimbursed in 5 to 7 business days. I don’t believe this to be legal and should be looked into. Not happy,

Third time staying here and all is good.

There was a hole in the door in the toilet. There was someone smoking in front my room and there were cigarette butts on the ground outside my room. I have pictures but I not going to bother to upload them. There are a few restaurants nearby that are good e.g. Fat Fork. The hotel looks great in pictures but is shabby on the inside with wall that have stains that one coat of paint would easily fix and carpet that is scruffed up. On the good side there was water and the toilets flushed. Hotel is far away from everything. The very first day we came there was a man smoking weed on the outside in front of my room. I think the number was 101 on the outside. By the time we got to the room he wasn't there but I began to wonder what kind of place it was. This place is far from everything.....don't go there. And take note in the smaller places like this one, they take out the damage deposit on arrival and tell you you'll get it back in about 6 days time after checkout. Bigger hotels just hold money until the day of checkout. I paid online for 2 days but I left after the first day.

Seemed somewhat overpriced but was safe and clean and was good for a one night stay while we attended a concert
