It was sufficient

I have never given a poor review before, but this hotel was NOT one I will ever go to again. It doesn't have an elevator for people who struggle to carry luggage up stairs, this is an issue. But my main concern was the room cleanliness. There was dirt all over the floor in our room. Thankfully, the bathroom and sheets were clean, otherwise we would have left. We were only in the hotel for 6 hours, as it was just to sleep and then we had to leave early, so I was not able to give feedback to the staff.

King bed was nice, but only one night table and light. I couldn't read my book in the evening. Breakfast was very basic - greasy muffins, staff was having trouble keeping up. For the price, I expected better.

Was ok for 1 night. The bathroom in the room was not the cleanest. Pool was so dirty that we could not go in. We booked with Expedia. The hotel ended up double charging us “by accident”. Funds ended up being returned after we called.

Very efficient

Wouldn’t stay again. Room smelled like old cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. No shower curtain for the shower. Poop stains on the wall near the toilet. Bed sheets looked clean but woke up with a sore back.

This hotel was great. We loved the friendly and helpful staff. I loved their breakfast especially the waffles which the guests make themselves. The boiled eggs were served warm (which is alway better than cold). The pool was clean. The parking lot was spacious. My only negative feedback is that we didn't have cable connection in our room. It was explained to us that it has been an issue that they have yet to resolve but are being looked at. Hopefully, they can find a solution to this. I would recommend this to anyone coming to the area, and would come back here again.

The staff was amazing. I was really confused by the fact our room wasn't cleaned or beds weren't made in between days. The continental breakfast was average, nothing hot, no eggs or sausage. The room smelled like pee and wasn't super clean.

It is a little shabby. In the rooms the carpets are stained and cords are everywhere. We found a cockroach in our room and they gave us another room. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean.

It’s a decent stay, staff are friendly and helpful. If tgey can only improve they’re breakfast menu would be great, otherwise we had a good experience.

Our family recently stayed at the Super 8 in West Kelowna, renting two rooms, and overall we had a very good experience. Parking was super easy with lots of availability, and the location is excellent—right off the main highway, making it very accessible. There’s a gas station just across the street and a Walmart plus several restaurants within a 5-minute drive, which made it very convenient for anything we needed. The rooms were a good size for a family stay and came equipped with a fridge and microwave, which we appreciated. While the rooms were relatively clean, we did notice that daily housekeeping wasn’t always consistent, which was a bit of a letdown—but nothing that ruined the trip. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—lots of variety with fruits, juices, coffee, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and even a waffle station to make your own fresh waffles. A really nice touch that our whole family enjoyed. The pool was also a bonus, perfect for those cooler or gloomy days when you want the kids to burn off some energy indoors. Location-wise, it’s a decent drive into central Kelowna, and there’s a beautiful beachside park just 9–10 minutes down the hill that’s perfect for a family picnic or relaxing by the water. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would. While there’s always room for improvement, especially with housekeeping, we had no major complaints. It’s a solid, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in West Kelowna.
