My room was left open by housekeeping. Noticed at 7.30 pm… staff were not always available..

It was a decent hotel. Good location

The beds are terribly high for seniors

Hot tub was warm enough but the jets did not work properly

It's very old and has no elevator. Upgraded to a room with a kitchen. The kitchen is not equipped well at all. Missed a lot of things in the room: shower curtain, towels, hand wash, dish soap.Overall OKAY.

Very clean and comfortable rooms . Staff at front desk was excellent. Very courteous polite and informative. Breakfast was very basic and could be improved.

Very clean and quiet. Great value

The room had newer carpet and newer tile in the bathroom and a bad new paint job. Room needs a good cleaning. A electrical box was cut into the wall under the TV but not being use as you could see insulation. Sound proofing in the walls and floors were not good as we could hear the person above us walking late at night and early in the morning. The room had a mini kitchenette with a small fridge and stove top. No pots and pans, no cutlery and one plate and one coffee cup. There was no table but the room obliviously had one at one point as there was two chairs. We asked for a queen bed and got a double that was shoved way over to the window leave a huge space between it and the kitchenette. Dog was whining first night across the hall, Door beeping one morning as the neighbours had not fully closed there door and we had to get up and close it to stop the beeping. Breakfast was what we expected - with cold cereals, fruit, toast, waffles, boiled egged, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea. Did not use pool and hot tib as there were too many kids when we had time to go. Hotel is really not walkable to anything close except for Jades restaurant attached to it. Staff were friendly but we found the entry wall could have been kept a lot cleaner. We would probably look somewhere for when we come back to Kelowna.

Good place at affordable price and with all facilities. Highly recommended

There were only 2 towels in our room, the next morning we asked for more towels, the front desk said ok, we went back that evening and no house keeping done at all, we went to the front desk to get the towels and let them know we didn’t get clean towels nor was our room even touched, they said they would look into it, the next day they came a and just pulled out sheets up, there was a wet towel on one of the beds, still garbage in the bins, didn't replace the toilet paper just about ran out, will not stay there again, and do not recommend

Pros: There was plenty of parking outside and check-in was quick. The beds were clean and comfortable. I didn’t take a photo because we dove right into them haha. There was a bedside table with a lamp and two working outlets to charge our phones. The room also had a TV with cable, and they provided WiFi details and instructions to use the TV with your key card. They provided two small bars of soap, plus small bottles of lotion, conditioner, and shampoo. I have thick, long hair and the shampoo would have been enough for two washes. There’s also a pool available, although we didn’t use it. The room had a table with two chairs, a good-sized fridge, a microwave, and a single-serve coffee maker with coffee and two types of tea. The continental breakfast included cereals, a make-your-own waffle station, apples, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, and tea. Breakfast ran from 6:30 to 9:30. Check-out was easy. We went down at 9:30 and were done quickly. Cons: They forgot to bring towels to our room. My friend went to the front desk around 11:30 at night and they gave us some right away, so it was an easy fix. The bathroom light and fan didn’t work, and the fan vent was hanging loose from the ceiling. We didn’t ask for it to be fixed since we were only there one night, but these are basic amenities that should be working, so I knocked off 1.5 stars. Overall: I’d say a solid 3.5/5 stars.
