近くにティムホートンあり。部屋は空調もしっかりしていて快適。ミストレスの人柄が最高。

小規模なホテルで、Ｂ＆Ｂとホテルの間のような位置付けに感じた。部屋はコンパクトだが、仕事もしやすい環境だった。北米共通かもしれないが、歯ブラシとクシはない。

近隣にホームレスがたむろしているが、一般人には全くもって無関心な感じ。ホテルはカードキーが無いと入れないのでセキュリティは安心。フロントは7時半から23時までの営業。朝早いチェックアウトは、前の晩までに支払等を済ませておけば、部屋にカードキーを残していく形で可能。

分かりやすく便利なロケーション。空港バス97だとLaurierのバス停が近い。主人はホスピタリティ精神溢れる女性。ホームレスシェルターが近くにあり雰囲気が良くないと感じる人がいるかもしれないが、嫌な思いをすることはなかった。エレベーターがないので注意、ただし最上階でも３階。部屋は大きくはないものの素敵で快適。ネスレのコーヒーメーカー有り。朝食付き会合の仕事だったため食べられなかったが、朝、朝食のとてもいい匂いがしてくる。この朝食には値段相応の価値があるのではないかと思った。

７２歳　男 色んなホテルのシステムを知った人でないとcheck inまでに戸惑います。 エレベーター　エスカレーターの有難さを知りました。 久しぶりに「人の好さ」が伝わりました。

Staff very synaptic and helpful

Great hospitality, if I ever stay in Ottawa again this will be the place.

I stayed here while attending a conference, and it was an incredible experience. The staff was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They offered to help with luggage, accepted some parcels that I had to send ahead of time for the conference, and were just genuinely wonderful people. On check-out day, I had to be at the conference very early, and they even offered to bring my bags downstairs to store for me as I wouldn't be back in time for check-out. The owner was on site every day, and she was very sweet and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and look forward to future stays.

The Swiss Hotel has a great location which is close to the University of Ottawa, a 10 minute walk to the O train (which can take you to the Via Rail station or the airport at a minimal cost), and a 15 minute walk to the parliament buildings. The rooms are on the small side, but are very clean and have everything you really need. It is in an historic but completely renovated building so is only three floors, but no elevator. The owners live in the building and offer free coffee and a friendly chat in the morning if desired. If you are looking for a small, very clean hotel at a reasonable cost and great location and feels like a home away from home, I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a business stay at Swiss hotel in Ottawa. Sabina, the owner, was very pleasant and helpful and accommodated our late changes in reservations. This is a cosy, boutique hotel, sparkling clean.

I would not stay at this hotel again. The surrounding area felt very unsafe, especially as a woman traveling alone. There were many homeless individuals and people who appeared to be under the influence nearby at all hours. The hotel itself seemed aware of the security concerns, as the entrance has two sets of doors that remain locked 24/7, and there was no visible staff monitoring the perimeter after 10 PM. The rooms were also disappointing. There are no individual climate control panels, so guests have no control over the room temperature and are stuck with whatever setting the staff chooses. Noise insulation is poor — I could clearly hear people walking and moving around in the room above me. Another downside is that there is no breakfast option available at the hotel. On top of that, the customer service was unacceptable. The woman managing the hotel was extremely disrespectful and openly called guests “stupid,” which was shocking and unprofessional. Overall, between the unsafe location, lack of comfort, and poor service, I cannot recommend this hotel.

It is a small hotel, almost boutique, in an excellent location near Ottawa’s main attractions. The host is caring, very kind and the place is very safe. Would go back 100%

Would definitely stay here again! The room was so clean and the staff were so friendly you felt like you were staying with family. Wonderful!

Clean Room, spacious. No elevator. Very helpful staff with great recommendations for eating. Available parking for a fee. No breakfast but complementary coffee in the morning.
