it was a lovely hotel...
everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year.
I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days...
and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....

I can not wait to come back to the Swiss Hotel. I loved my stay. From the moment you walk in - to the moment you leave - you experience a fantastic setting. I can not say enough about the service and the cappuccino.

We had a wonderful stay at the Swiss Hotel. Clean and well-appointed rooms, excellent/central location (within walking distance of the ByWard Market, restaurants, museums, etc.), and the owner was exceptionally helpful in supporting our needs. The complementary lattes in the morning were a wonderful way to start each day.

Great experience. Really nice owner, room aid, and the room was spotless. Great historic building with a unique feel. Also really appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine. Walking distance from all the cool Byward Market spots and super close to Parliament building, Rideau Centre, and so much more. Will saty there again and again.

Perfect. Clean, contemporary, peaceful, quiet, safe and comfortable. The coffee is incredible! The owner is an absolute sweetheart and entertaining to chat with, and the communal space is inviting, relaxing and lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend sipping a coffee in one of the big red chairs. You won’t regret it.
