初めてモーテルに泊まりましたが、外に直結してるだけでホテルとなんら変わらなかったです！結婚式に出席した後に泊まれる場所を探していて、安くて近くて評価の良いこちらにしました！部屋も綺麗でベッドも寝心地良く快適にすごせました！電子レンジ、ドライヤー、冷蔵庫もあり近くにマックや食べ物屋さんもあるので、車で泊まりに来るのには、不便さは全く感じませんでした！ キッチンつきの部屋や、大人数用の部屋もありまた機会があれば利用したいです(^^)

Beautiful convenient location, room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely stay at this location in the future.

Bathroom lock and toilet flush were not working. Refrigerator and Microwave were also not working. We put our stuff in the fridge and it was all ruined when we came back because it stopped working. No Air conditioning in the bedroom and also there was an unpleasant smell.

Easy access to departure bay ferry and restaurants. Clean room. Renovated bathroom.

Very good

It’s the cheapest motel in Nanaimo and it shows. Beddings are old, basic AC is really loud, no noise insulation from anything around, blue light from the motel always on. At least parking is super easy, and the Ferry terminals are just a quick drive away.

Location is good near high way. Property was back dated. Window was high and there is no exhaust fan in kitchen area. Police was present outside the property during stay time.

We reached there and we like property and rooms when we saw that but when hotel is aware of how many people are coming and when they are charging for each and everyone, they should provide service too. We had 2 rooms booked for 8 people and there were only 2 towels in room, that is something for personal hygiene and no one would like to share. Also we tried to go and get from check in office but they were closed without any posted number or hours of operation. Even at 7:30 in morning when we were trying to check out they were not open. Wouldn’t recommend again

In general it was fine. Staff was friendly, room was clean, good price. Had no issues. If you can’t stand smoking, then it is not a good place for you. Otherwise, good.

No elevator

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for a price that was comparable to other excellent properties we’ve stayed at, which turned out to be tremendously overpriced considering the condition of this motel. Staff made it clear how inconvenienced they were by our arrival due to them ‘being busy’. Refused to answer concerns about having prepaid and being charged again. Staff was rude and patronizing and demanded us ‘to not bother them’ so they could complete paperwork and charges that we had already completed online. We requested to upgrade the rooms and pay the difference for one room so we wouldn’t have to move after one night. Staff demanded we come again in the morning ‘before 9am’ to check in our second night (on 2 separate bookings due to room type unavailability). When we went we were asked to ‘return later, as they were busy’. We returned later and were told to return even later ‘as they were still busy’ When I refused to waste my time even more on a simple check in, staff told me that they changed their mind and would charge me the pet fee that they waived the day before due to ‘giving him a hard time’. There were people doing drugs in the parking lot, the smell of cigarette smoke was constant, the tub had hairs in it, the entire room was of questionable cleanliness. I contacted Expedia to refund us for the second night due to our horrible check in experience so we could move to a different property but they said it was up to the property, who denied us a refund. Zero stars.

Worst motel experience of our lives. Staff was belligerent and extremely rude. Cleanliness was questionable, the property is run down and not well maintained, and overpriced at $650 for 2 rooms, 2 nights. Booked through Expedia, who wouldn’t help us when we wanted to leave after the first night and move to a different property. Told us a refund depended on the property policy, who denied us a refund that we requested due to wanting to leave because of the aggressiveness of their staff member. If I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve stayed here a few times, and the staff have always been kind and helpful! We got the standard 2 queen beds, the room is spotless, the beds are comfortable and there’s great wifi and cable! The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for some home cooking while you’re away! The motel is super close to many amenities (great Indian spot near by.) I always choose to stay here while I’m travelling!

Clean room, very quiet

The fan in the washroom was noisy and the main road in front of motel is busy day and night but the room was renovated and clean. Good place for the money.

Great hotel. And I like that my room had a kitchen and it had pots and pans and plates. I was able to cook in it.

Friendly staff

Pretty basic motel. Was suitable for a decent night's stay at a fair price.

Kitchen was equipped, but could definitely use a few more utensils and glasses.
