After a full day of travelling, we finally arrived. We received our key and went to our assigned room only to find that it was occupied (sorry for interrupting your bedroom time). We were moved to another room. Beds were a bit lumpy, but were clean. There was a broken outlet plate on the wall and a hole that seemed to have been patched with toilet paper. The shower couldn’t decide if it wanted to be scalding hot or freezing cold and the outside door had a nice breeze around it as there was no way to securely lock it. We left after one night but was told that no refunds were to be given. Maybe they can use that extra money (because I’m 100% sure they rented our room out again) to patch the wall properly and replace the broken outlet. And maybe get some sleep because apparently being tired makes people accidentally put guests from two different families into one room and not mark it down. Other than that, the lady was nice enough.

Affordable stay within minutes from the ferry. Room was spacious enough for a family of 6 and a pet, and it had the basics we needed. The fan/AC didn’t keep the room cool, but we were prepared for that based on previous reviews. Very strong odor in the room - like a stale older home, and our clothes definitely carried the smell after we left. Fans in the living room and bathroom were coated/caked with dust and we did find a few spiders and cobwebs. That all being said, we’d still stay here again for a night to save a little money on the island.

We stayed for 3 nights. The 2nd day our key card did not work. The fan in the bathroom was wiggly when its on. The water in the shower turns hot and cold without adjusting the temperature.
The room stinks when we came back the 2nd day coz we did not turn on the AC.
The room is outdated.

The kitchen was so disgusting. I even asked the manager if they had even cleaned my room. The microwave was covered in smeers and splatters. Ice machineunplugged. Was there 2 nights and was never once told about the hospitality room that lets you make toast or a bagel or have cereal......ALL provided by the motel. Ridgeview Restaurant next door was AWESOME!!!!!! Prawns and ceasar salad. ALL wonderful!!!!

Room was clean, but has never been refurbished for decades. Rust in the bath, brown in the window. There was not enough covers for 4 people, no pan in the kitchenette.
However we slept well, the bed was clean and it was quiet at night

We booked a suite to accommodate 5 adults. We got a room with two beds. One of us slept on the floor. We got there late off the ferry so I was courteous and didn’t go to the office to let them know until the next morning. She blamed Expedia for the mixup in rooms. We stayed two nights. When I asked for extra towels she snapped at me. The bed was very lumpy and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed because it was old and indented. Will never stay there again.
