一階がレストランになっているので、レストランに入ってくると客室まで来られるようになっている。セキュリティ面でやや心配。また、夜10時位まで、ガヤガヤ話し声がかなり聞こえる。 水道の水が少し臭かった。近くにコンビニのようなものもなく、館内にも自販機はないので、ミネラルウォーターを置いておいてくれたらありがたい。 部屋の中にコーヒーメーカーはあるが、コーヒーかすを掃除していない。（お茶を淹れるためにお湯を沸かしたら、茶色いお湯が出てきた。）

Property, staff, bar and restaurant facilities and location were great. We needed assistance to get the TV working enough that we could watch it. The room was very quaint and adequate . I would suggest 2 chairs in The room for comfort when watch TV or just relaxing. Not comfortable sitting on the bed trying To do the above.

Perfect location. Nice room. A little noisy at night this time, but not so much the previous time. All in all very nice. I recommend.

Great location. Very helpful staff any time of the day. Very quiet room despite proximity to everything. I was very happy at this hotel.

No check-in staff at all. It's nice to talk to the staff about restaurant recommendations/ tour bookings etc. Even a stacknof city maps would have helped.

J’ai beaucoup voyagé dans ma vie et jai eu toutes sortes de chambres d’hôtel. Je ne suis vraiment pas du genre à me plaindre des chambres d’hôtels mais là, il y a des limites. Nous avions réservé une chambre à cet hôtel pour deux soirs et nous ne sommes restés qu’une heure seulement. Nous étions à l’étage la plus haute. La chambre est très petite, nous devions partagé la douche et les toilettes avec des gens d’une autre chambre. C’est très vieux et surtout, cet endroit n’est vraiment pas sécuritaire. Si jamais il y avait un feu, impossible de descendre ou de sortir à un autre endroit que le seul et unique escalier. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet endroit.

Accès au cable de la télé ne fonctiinnait pas bien.

After staying is more expensive places, we were a bit worried that this place would be too noisy and central for us. We were wrong. It is a beautiful old house that has been nicely maintained. There was a small bit of street noise, but nothing that woke us up. The room was a bit warm for us, even with the AC on high. Overall, excellent value and a nice, clean and safe place.

Beautiful and comfortable modern space and you cannot get any better in terms of location within St. John's. The noise of partiers on the street can get a bit loud at night so bring ear plugs if that is a concern for you.

The bed was not the most comfortable, but the noise was unbearable! People were in the restaurant/bar until past 1:00am and they were all shouting! It was extremely loud!!! And we still heard stragglers till 3:00am. Unfortunately we had chosen this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and we needed to get up at 3:45am to catch an early flight. Do NOT recommend this hotel for weekends or for quiet ambiance!!!

Very cute boutique hotel, hard to find parking if you have a tall vehicle.

great location, clean comfortable room

It was fine for our brief stay. For people with big or several luggage, elderly or health issues to many stairs . We did not appreciate the 4th floor

Air condition unit was loud and leaked water onto my suitcase. Toilet was plugged upon arrival. Shower needed a few minutes to heat up. Overall felt claustrophobic - not pleasant at all; albeit the staff were very helpful when available
