Easy check in and helpful staff

Nice hotel with great location . Waking distance to downtown Outside could use a good cleaning but maybe just early in season. Room was clean comfortable bed small bathroom. Very little counter top. Coffee and fridge in root. Breakfast was usual fair nothing great. Easy parking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had a workout room but some of the equipment was rusted! Good option for you stay

Luxurious room and with all the required amenities. Overall, loved the stay.

The Hotel is in a central location walkable to restaurants, some shopping. Parking was plentiful and included with our booking. Staff were friendly, especially the woman in the breakfast room. The included continental breakfast was fresh and offered a nice selection of typical breakfast items. The lobby, dining room were nicely decorated and very clean. Our room was located in the front multi storied section of the hotel and was clean and modern but the back section of the hotel looked like it might have been a motel at some point in time and the public areas we could see in that section seemed worn and in need of an update. We can't comment on the rooms in that section. We had never seen a bed as high as the one in our room. I am 5'8" and had problems getting in and out of the bed because of the 12+ inch thick mattress on top of a box spring. I think a shorter person would need a stool to get in and out of it. I don't believe the hotel has an elevator.

Rooms were small but adequate. The queen bed was not very good. Found it uncomfortable and box spring squeaked every time you turned over or moved. Needs to go straight to landfill. Breakfast station was minimal. Not enough variety. Missing basic items. They had bikes to use except the bikes were kids size. Not made for adults. I would look at other alternatives before rebooking here.

Raphael at the Front Desk was very helpful. The lady managing the breakfast area was very friendly, attentive and efficient.

Hotel and rooms were very cleaned and smelled cleaned. So close to everything, we pacrked our car or the 2 days we were there and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Stay was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were simple and very clean. We enjoyed cocktail hour. Breakfast was good but they were slow to ensure coffee was topped up.

Room was nice and clean. Continental breakfast was good. Bed was a little creaky and high, but all in all the room was nice. Close walking distance to downtown!

The property could have been cleaner. Being on an upper level with no stairs made getting baggage to and from room difficult

The hotel is perfectly located, the free parking was a great benefit. It is a easy walk to the resurants and playhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lack of elevator made it a bit difficult to get our bags upstairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. When we parked at the back entrance to the conference centre I did notice there was lots of bundled laundry waiting, I assume to be picked up. It was not a huge issue, slightly unsightly.

Great breakfast Super nice lady looked after us at breakfast time Very handy location but there is construction and upgrading needed to the property. My toilet needed blocked and needed plunging. They would not / could not do it for me and I had to do it myself. Even told not to leave the plunger outside my room but take it back to the staff,. I thought this unusual and was glad it was not an electrical problem. I was there for 6 days and no room cleaning etc unless specifically requested. After experience with the toilet I felt uncomfortable asking for anything else . I suppose that is OK but I thought at least clean towels would have been nice.

Very good hotel. Stayed three nights. The breakfast was good but remained the same over my stay. Variation would have been nice. Otherwise great.
