Great breakfast Super nice lady looked after us at breakfast time
Very handy location but there is construction and upgrading needed to the property.
My toilet needed blocked and needed plunging. They would not / could not do it for me and I had to do it myself. Even told not to leave the plunger outside my room but take it back to the staff,. I thought this unusual and was glad it was not an electrical problem.
I was there for 6 days and no room cleaning etc unless specifically requested. After experience with the toilet I felt uncomfortable asking for anything else . I suppose that is OK but I thought at least clean towels would have been nice.

Hotel and rooms were very cleaned and smelled cleaned. So close to everything, we pacrked our car or the 2 days we were there and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Stay was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly located, the free parking was a great benefit. It is a easy walk to the resurants and playhouse. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lack of elevator made it a bit difficult to get our bags upstairs so be aware if you have mobility issues. When we parked at the back entrance to the conference centre I did notice there was lots of bundled laundry waiting, I assume to be picked up. It was not a huge issue, slightly unsightly.
