Great spot in Charlottetown, close to downtown and the Port. Couple things: they don’t have an elevator which wasn’t awesome being on the 3rd floor we had to do a few trips up and down when we got there as well as leaving. Also when we checked in it was mentioned that we could opt out of house keeping for a $10 gift card, we declined this offer but still never received any house keeping during our entire stay. Other than that everything was very good, good staff, good breakfast, happy hour, everything else was lovely. Overall was a pleasant stay!

Hotel was a little rundown could use some TLC The front desk was not real helpful. When I tried to book one more night in the same room. The only thing they could offer me was an upsell to a suite.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean, had everything we needed and was right down by the waterfront. Didn’t have to worry about parking and breakfast was a bonus. Will definitely be back.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking spots were spacious. Hôtel location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast was superb, hot, selection was plentiful and everything fresh. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very informative. Bonus was that the hotel had happy hour for hotel guests to mingle in the hotel lounge. Seating in lounge area very comfortable. Coffee, tea and water always available in reception area at all hours. Will definitely stay here again.

Somewhat dissatisfied! The hallways were not very clean. The bed was very creaky, and I’m not sure why that was. The continental breakfast didn’t have food options available between 9:30-10:00 am finishing time! The front end staff were helpful and informative. Overall disappointing for the quality of our stay considering how costly it was.

Liked the location -close to the downtown area -all within walking distance. The breakfast could be improved upon, as it is advertised to go to 10am, but most food seemed to run out by 9:30 ish. Staff and cleanliness were excellent. Be aware there is no elevator - and it is a 2 story location. Request main floor if you have heavy luggage.

Both The location and good staff were good. My only suggestion would that the rooms should cleaned better between guests. The floors were gritty when we checked in.

We enjoyed the social night that the hotel provides. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator which might be difficult for some travels. The breakfast was great and the ladies running it were very friendly. The hotel had bags of popcorn that I was excited about lol but they had less than a handful of popped popcorn in the bag lol.

The location great for downtown access. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The property needs some paint on the outside along with an overall refresh of the public areas. The option for windows ne in the lobby was nice but the popcorn machine was unattended.
