Mold all throughout the shower. Run by a bunch of teenagers who are never at the front desk. Extremely damp towels folded in our rooms and when asked for dry ones they replied the dryer is broken. A staff member entered our room without knocking while we were in bed saying they were here to fix our safe that we never asked to fix. We left a night early because we felt extremely unsafe. Would absolutely not recommend for families. Photos must have been taken years ago. False advertisement.

Loved it

The staff was nice and the property itself had nothing wrong with it. We didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities so nothing to note. I will say though that the room was absolutely disgusting. The floors were incredibly dirty and sandy. The bed/pillows smelled really musty and sweaty. We requested new pillows but unfortunately staff let us know that they could only provide new pillow cases. We took them, but that didn’t help the smell and ended up having to use our sweaters over the pillows to cover the smell. The bathroom was the only thing that was clean, which was a huge relief. To top everything off, there was definitely a spider infestation in the room. I think my poor boyfriend killed about 20 spiders during our 2 night stay. Of course, bugs will always get in, but this was beyond ridiculous and there were about 6 spiders and webs when we checked in, proving that the staff didn’t care to clean them up. Lastly, the air conditioning is directly pointing towards the bed and there is no setting to change the direction of the air flow. As such, we were often left really uncomfortable with constant air blowing on us overnight. There’s not much else you can do about that since the AC is mounted, but overall the worst stay in the area and EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality and state of the room. We only chose this place bc it was a last minute booking, but I would strongly avoid and try staying somewhere else.

Only thing I did not like was that we could not light are own fire in the pit. It was a chilly night and staff was gone by 8:30pm. So could not enjoy that amenity. It should be available and either option of roasting marshmallows

Our stay was very good. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant . Location was awesome just off the main strip. Was so pleased they served snack food in an air-conditioned restaurant right on the premises. Pool was a nice additive. Found the room very clean and beds comfy . Would return again when in Grand Bend.

I enjoyed the pool and the music outside, but the rooms were too small and the beds weren’t that comfortable.

Overall a great stay. Rooms could’ve been way cleaner, looked like all they did was make the bed…fries on the floors, dirt and dust and spider webs all over surfaces. There was also tooth paste splatter in the sink. Good that we weren’t in the room much. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Lots to do on the property. It’s also a 10 minute walk to the strip and beach, and a couple min walk to LCBO and the grocery store. Nice place to visit

Not well maintained and rarely staffed front desk who wouldn't allow early check in then changed my room after closing and didnt tell me. Bed was good and nice there was free parking Towels were worn out

Rooms are minimal and clean, no special amenities. The office hours are not helpful as they are often closed or not nearby if you need anything.

when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice. The vibes were good. Bathroom is beautiful. Shower was great, but the bed was awful. Probably one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve ever had in my life. My shoulders were sore the next day and my back and neck were also sore. not to mention when I was unloading my things into my room the guy was power washing the room next-door and spraying me down. and then we wake up the next day to him power washing again yet they say they save water by washing sheets every three days but the power washer is going 24 seven also pool closes too early. Nice vibe not much going on won’t go back.

This was our first no reception check in. One of the reason we picked this motel was because of the year around hot tub. We were disappointed to read the in room motel rules saying it could not be used when there is no attendant at the desk. No attendant/no hot tub.

Front desk is not monitored 24/7 and the only information you receive is from an email through hotels.com that is not clear. I called to get a room code as I never received anything. Given code over the phone. At night when guest arrived on site the code was note working. We tried calling the phone number online and no response. Hotel not willing to offer any refund or even credit. (Phone number for after hours is different than their phone number online - that is not on me to know, they need better systems.)

Did not use the amenities

Very noisy heating AC. No kettle, only a small coffee machine not suitable to brew tea. Mattresses are just OK. No space to open suitcases. A bit disappointing considering it was renovated just a few years ago.
