The rooms were nice and air conditioning was amazing during the heatwave! For the price the stay was splendid! Air conditioning was on point! The staff were so kind and helpful especially the cleaning staff!

メトロ、ストリートカーのどちらにも近く、移動するのに便利なロケーションです。ユニオン駅からもそう遠くないので、徒歩でも行けます。ダウンタウンに位置するため、まわりもお店が多く便利でした。客室はリノベーションされているようで、清潔さは問題ありませんが、カーテンやベッドリネンがだいぶ古いようで、年季の入った劇場の衣装部屋のような匂いがしました。

3階のためジャズの騒音はそこまででもなかった。冷蔵庫、セキュリティーボックスは無かった。スタッフはフレンドリーだった。

Bathtub and toilet were shared. The only amenity was gel for washing hands. Breakfast was listed as simple, but when I asked at the restaurant on the first floor (where jazz performances are held at night), I was told that there was something to order from the menu, which I did. Breakfast is served at 9:30 AM. It is true that I booked the room because it was cheap compared to the surrounding price quotes, but I still paid $145 per night. If I had known from the beginning, I would not have booked it. Is it the cost of the land since it is in a good location?
I think the reception and cleaning staff work normally and the common restrooms and bathrooms are well cleaned. The rooms have double-paned windows, but it was November-December and cold was the response. I didn't notice that the heater in the room was set to 18 degrees Celsius at first, and shivered under a thin quilt. The next day I changed the setting to 26 degrees, which seemed to improve things somewhat.
The rooms could do without cleaning, but it was a hassle to deal with when I needed new towels only.
Overall, I would not use the hotel for overnight stays in the future. You can consider it impossible to work in the room when you are here on a business trip.

The room was very convenient for my needs during the world cup tournament. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Jessie one of the hotel staff was very nice and helpful especially when myself and my mate were stressing out as our flights had been cancelled.
We would definitely stay here again as the location is excellent for many of the tourist attractions, cafes and bars.
Although we both had the rooms with out the shower we coped just fine.

Sentralt beliggende. Noe støy fra jazzklubb i helgene, men ellers rolig etter 22.30. Noe smal og litt ukomfortabel seng. God mat i restauranten, som er jazzklubb på kveldstid Det ble ikke rengjort de 4 nettene vi var der. Måtte selv spørre om påfyll av toalettpapir.

Convenient location and a great price. Thought there might be a microwave, even a little one, but wasn't expecting a lot of extras. I got a room with a private bath and shower, and they were spotless and everything was in good working form.

Whilst not a 5 star booking the reception and bar staff were super friendly and helpful.
I booked 2 rooms over 3 nights both with bathrooms.
Basic hotel , bathrooms clean and modern

Working Tvs
No tea and cofee facilities but the bar more than happy to provide a free tea or coffee.
On 3rd night got offered complementary breakfast of tea , juice , toast and spreads. Not offered for first 2 nights not sure why ? Not a problem as plenty of places very nearby to grab a coffee and breakfast.
Air con unit very dated large and noisy .
Second room had no blinds or curtains so difficult to sleep.
Wasnt expecting the ritz but the people and including jazz musicians were great.
Bar looks a bit dark dingy but hey its renown for the music and acts and the bar staff light up the place

Si estás buscando un lugar céntrico para moverte, esta es una opción excelente. Cerca de todo, tiene una parada de streetcar y autobús justo en la esquina del hotel. El personal también es muy amable.
