It's at a very convinient location, just right behind the notre-dame. But it's a little noisy at night because it's right above a bar and it's difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

Great location. Clean. Easy to self check in. Some street noise at night - to be expected in this neighbourhood. Overall was great.

It was a great location and beautiful place; unfortunately, the dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived. It was very hard to open and close the entrance door; mother in-law was unable to; because it was rubbing on the floor. And you could here everything from outside; it felt like the windows were open. As well; the plug on the wall where the oven was and the toaster had no power. But overall; it was beautiful place. m And i would consider it again. And as mentioned; perfect location.

General condition of the outside and the inside of the property were unkept and dirty, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny, the facilities such as the kitchen faucet sink was nearly falling off of the counter, over remote control did not have batteries and took over three hours to have it replaced, the coffee maker was insufficient. Did not recommend. Keep looking!

Perfect location, amazing room.

You have to make a request if you want housekeeping, in our case i didnt mind contacting them for housekeeping coz I thought its given, so when we came back to our room after our business during the day, no one came to clean, towel has not been changed, washroom supply is not refilled including toilet paper good thing we brought our own just incase. Unsatisfied, no one in the counter to ask question.

The property is located in a very walkable area. But when you enter the building you are treated by a dirty stained carpet and a strong smell of bleach that is clearly trying to mask the other smells. The unit was very dark and humid so we have to open the window but the pile of garbage downstairs made it difficult to leave the window open. The kettle did not turn on and the garbage can was broken. There was also very suspicious stains all over the duvet and the sheets. Overall i would not recommend this place.

It’s a great little spot but I don’t recommend if you have trouble with a lot of stairs as there is no elevators and many stairs. Great communication from the owner and the place looks fairly clean there were a few areas that we questionable (kitchen there was still coffee stains on the counter).

We were happy with our stay - the place was clean and the beds were comfortable - but we had counted on doing laundry and the washer / dryer in the suite was out of order. The neighborhood is a little noisy, but overall a good experience.

En veldig god opplevelse for en super pris! Vi hadde en stor leilighet for to med en veldig god beliggenhet, hvor vi ikke hadde noe som vær i nærheten av like rimelig. Rommet luktet litt rart før vi luftet, men fremstod rent. Kommunikasjon med hotellet var litt tungvint til å begynne med, men til prisen er det ingenting å klage på!

My only complaint was there was no where to hang clothes.

I did not like climbing 2 sets of stairs I did not know about all the stairs.

The communication needs improving. I had to call expedia to contact the property so we can get in. Also they do not give back the security deposit instead ask you to reach out to your bank within 5 business days to get that refund.

This hotel was one of the most amazing places I have stayed in Montreal old port. Perfectly located excellent check-in, very helpful reception and amazing room real value for money

Very nice hotel, it is a two story apartment with 2 washroom and 2 bedrooms. Lower level is living, dining room, kitchen and washroom. Upper floor with 2 bedrooms, washroom and laundry (washer dryer). Very clean with hardwood flooring. Kitchen comes with pans and pods, plates and tools. The only thing you need is your own oil and spices. The service is great, although there is no reception, you can just leave message to them, they will provide you all access and info including the parking info by text message. Not even mention it is locating in the core of old Montreal. Price is good. Noted that there might be some broken hardware here and there, I don’t mind because I always bring a screwdrivers when travel. I cam easily go ahead and complain about it but hey, I am on vacation after all. I considered this as one kind of experience.
