깨끗은 한데 난방기 고장으로 춥고 변기 한개는 막혀있고, 세면대 1개는 물이 안나와요. 그리고 수건도 빨다 만 채로 건조기에 남아있고^^; 가장 큰 불편은 엘리베이터가 없이 캐리어를 들고 올라가야 한다는 거죠. 하지만 주변에 볼거리, 먹을거리는 다양합니다.

The room was not clean although the location was great and the amenity was all there as advertised. However, the staff never responded to my repeated questions. The noise level from the street was great.

There was no staff to speak of. The lobby and rooms were dirty and dusty. Thekitchen sink was loose an spun around. Extremely noisey, and the windows were single pane and cold wind blew through them constantly. I could not recommenf this on any account

The space is fine, but I started some laundry and the the dryer didnt work at all. We had dinner reservations that evening, and all of my nice clothes were soaking wet. I emailed the property and called as well. No one answered. No one came to the desk when I rang the bell. I left a voicemail and no one ever called back. The only correspondence I received was about when checkout was. There was no acknowledgement about the broken dryer. In order not to wear a sweatsuit to dinner, I had to take two Ubers to buy an outfit and get to our reservation on time. The listing also touts daily housekeeping, and our room was untouched. We didn't see or hear a single person on our stay. There were only three bath towels, so I had to dry off with a kitchen towel after washing the bath towels (since I was unable to dry them). Two electrical outlets were nonfunctioning, and there were no instructions for how to use the television.

Didn’t get sent the check in info with code to get into building so had to contact Bakan to get this. Stood in the cold. Now it’s EXTREMELY loud in here because neighbours are yelling partying banging smashing etc

Kitchen was stocked, water bottles would have been good. Cable TV was broken, not attached to outlet, hubby had to play around with the wires and wifi to get it to work. No closet to hang coats or clothes. Space was large, much better than a regular hotel room. Area was perfect

It was a great stay. Very near to Notre Dame Basilica. A lot of nearby restaurants including the one just below us. It’s close to Chinatown and Metro Station too. A parking spot was assigned to us. Hosts were easy to reach out. Place was very clean. Towels, sheets and pillows were very clean. The only problem we had was the stairs was rather high for seniors like us coz we were on the 2nd floor. Washer and dryer were available with 2 bathrooms.

Nice property. Had to contrast the owner twice to get access codes to the property. No parking included

A nice modern apartment close to St Paul Street for restaurants and bars. Car park Indigo next door is cheaper than the one on the opposite side. In room 203 the internet is more like 20 Mbps not 500 as stated on the website. View of a fire escape. No elevator.

It's at a very convinient location, just right behind the notre-dame. But it's a little noisy at night because it's right above a bar and it's difficult to find a parking spot nearby.

Great location. Clean. Easy to self check in. Some street noise at night - to be expected in this neighbourhood. Overall was great.

Great nice and clean ! Keep in mind your in old port. So there is stairs ! Was a good time

It was a great location and beautiful place; unfortunately, the dishes were still dirty in the dishwasher when we arrived. It was very hard to open and close the entrance door; mother in-law was unable to; because it was rubbing on the floor. And you could here everything from outside; it felt like the windows were open. As well; the plug on the wall where the oven was and the toaster had no power. But overall; it was beautiful place. m And i would consider it again. And as mentioned; perfect location.

General condition of the outside and the inside of the property were unkept and dirty, the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the bathroom was tiny, the facilities such as the kitchen faucet sink was nearly falling off of the counter, over remote control did not have batteries and took over three hours to have it replaced, the coffee maker was insufficient. Did not recommend. Keep looking!

Perfect location, amazing room.

You have to make a request if you want housekeeping, in our case i didnt mind contacting them for housekeeping coz I thought its given, so when we came back to our room after our business during the day, no one came to clean, towel has not been changed, washroom supply is not refilled including toilet paper good thing we brought our own just incase. Unsatisfied, no one in the counter to ask question.

The property is located in a very walkable area. But when you enter the building you are treated by a dirty stained carpet and a strong smell of bleach that is clearly trying to mask the other smells. The unit was very dark and humid so we have to open the window but the pile of garbage downstairs made it difficult to leave the window open. The kettle did not turn on and the garbage can was broken. There was also very suspicious stains all over the duvet and the sheets. Overall i would not recommend this place.
