Was a great night

The gentleman who checked me in was wonderful, I ended up forgetting to book a night and he was able to help me extend my trip so I could stay in the same room all nights, the bad part of this was the room itself, the floors were first, the AC didn’t work and the windows were broken so we had to call maintenance to open the windows (and to close them if we wanted that), when told about the AC, they offered no way of getting it fixed and just offered to bring us a box fan that was so loud we couldn’t sleep and that didn’t even help much, I had to request a second fan just to get the air moving through our hotel room and that still didn’t help bring the temperature down. I couldn’t sleep the entire 3 nights we were there and the staff was unapologetic and just gave us an excuse of a “transitional period” I’m pretty disappointed in this because the hotel lobby itself was very nice an inviting. After a 7 day road trip I was looking forward to relaxing and sleeping in for the last few days of vacation but that really didn’t happen. The breakfast at the restaurant was ok, food was bland but for the $15 add on it got the job done.

No temperature control in the rooms, no doggie poop bags in a ‘pet friendly’ hotel, no extra pillows, extremely noisy, lots of homeless, poorly dressed desk clerks.

Love the parkade right close by. Gives you a perfect home base to explore and play on whyte Ave without thinking about your vehicle!

Room and stay was good restaurant was really poor. Didn’t have much normal options on menu and when asked for not spicy was extreme spicy for the older people I was with.

The room was nice, staff were good but only one bottle of water was left for 2 guests and there was vomit/feces in the stairwell of parkade

Great rooms, but a noisy location. Kept awake by a drunken, one man band at 1am. Police /security more content to make a freind rather than push him on.

Nice place to stay. Right in the middle of the action. Very walkable.

Very very limited amenities. Our fridge didn’t work. Nice hotel but missing basic hotel amenities such as cots and couches. For the amount I paid (!!!!) not very happy.

Nisha was awesome in accommodating our request for a quiet room. The hotel is located on busy Whyte Avenue, which is great for restaurants and things to do, but can be noisy at night. Our room on the backside of the hotel was nice and quiet.

Check in was good with very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Would certainly recommend this cute hotel.

Great location close to lots of fabulous restuarants and UofA but quite noisy at night being located on Whyte Ave.
