Was only there for a night. Check in reception were very nice and helpful in getting our room early, even with the busy weekend due to a concert. It is in a very nice area with food and bars. quick uber ride to downtown. Parking available with the hotel and even on the streets.

We did not even stay and had to book at another hotel. All of the pictures are AI generated and the hotel was nothing like what the pictures told. Very disappointed and will be looking for a refund.

The location is great for restaurants and pubs. We attended a concert at Jubilee Auditorium, which was convenient.
The only downside was that the rooms were too warm for sleeping. The AC had been turned off for fall but it was warmer weather than they anticipated.

Rooms had no A/C and were extremely hot. Had to leave room door open as no air flow. All they offered was a free 17$ breakfast and wouldnt fix it. Gave a fan.
Once i spoke with expedia, hotel staff published a letter stating to not turn heat on and out in our room. We obviously didnt have the heat on. The room was abiut 30 degrees in october and could bit be adjusted. Do not recommend at all this hotel
To top it off i was trapped in elevator 2 times!!! And they said nothing about it said it happens sometimes. Not ok at all, scary and unsafe!
I was told they would give a discount but they didnt send one.
