in den Pools war 2 Tage kein Wasser. es ist eine grosse Hotelanlage, aber nur sehr wenig Gäste

First off, the cleaning quality was very poor, I have images that I would wish to add to this review. From the walls, cobwebs all over the corner of the room, visible blood from previous tenant smashing mosquitoes on the wall, and small ants crawling all over our bedsheet. We paid for the pool, since my mother is an elderly so it’s safer than ocean water, yet we had to ask for it to be filled with water, which was never complete. Similiar to request we had for additional towels and fixing of in our room which was never filled. If the owner is reading this, don’t go yelling at your employees especially your cleaners being that they were walking around with all cleaning supply in hands no proper cart system in a huge hotel, wearing fliflops while cleaning, and all of them never smiled implying the harsh reality of their conditions - I gave it a 2 start because the holiday event we went too was lovely but not worth knowing your employees were working 18 hrs shift leaving at 2-3 am to return to work at 9 am the same day. This place is exploiting their workers with minimum support, fair wage and training. As a Cape Verdean born guest, it was disheartening seeing what blood and sweat kept a “hotel”, an illusion of rest and relaxation, alive. The man that owns this place needs a huge reality check.

Très bon accueil. Restaurant au top. Nous avons passé a merveilleux séjour.

Très grande chambre face à la mer. Nous sommes arrivés après 21h , le restaurant devait être fermé, ils se sont démenés pour nous chercher des pizzas. Il y a une petite crique pour pouvoir se baigner en mer (échelle pas très facile pour remonter) et une piscine d’eau de mer. Super expérience en octobre, saison creuse pour ici.

les horaires affichées pour le service des repas ne sont pas toujours respectés. c est un établissement toujours en travaux, le personnel est à l écoute et serviable. point négatif, un peu éloigné du centre de cidade velha. .

L ambiance. Nous etions seuls dans cet immense hotel. Wifi non fonctionnel. A deconseiller

C’est une colonie de vacances pour la capitale. Piscine publique payante, avec repas de baptêmes noces les week-ends . Vous-vous trouvez loin de tout sans autre choix, dans une chambre qui ressemblerait plutôt à des dortoirs. Bon courage

Es stimmt, dass die Unterkunft schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Aber alles ist sauber und das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl, aber es wird tatsächlich nichts nachgelegt. Man sollte also pünktlich erscheinen. Der Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Er wird täglich mit frischem Meerwasser befüllt. Uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gut gefallen, auch wenn das eine oder andere verbesserungswürdig ist.

Room was clean and Nice. Breakfast was great. Personal was very kind. Swimming pool was great. Dinner was great. I Will come again. I will recommand this beautiful hotel

L equipe de l'hôtel ultra pro et incroyablement gentille er aux petits soins avec nous, l.ambiance de feu lorsqe nous sommes arrives le dimanche, les piscines, la piscine naturelle, le buffet, les cocktails, un top souvenir pour nous !

Séjour convenable. Grande hôtel avec beaucoup du personnels, mais ils ne font pas grand chose car. Pas de client bizarre. Grande chambre avec un lit très dur, et le moteur de la climatisation bruyant. Petite salle de bain, pas de gel douche, mais beaucoup de petits cafards a cause de la planche en bois dans la douche.
