Lovely place, lovely staff great selection of food etc

Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Tolles Ambiente und eine Top infrastruktur. Nach umserem Geschmack war die Musik und Unterhaltung etwas zu laut und zi viel. Aber es hatte ja andere Pools um auszuweichen. Danke an Melia Dunas

Honestly one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The food was amazing with so much variety. The scenery and beaches were beautiful, making the whole experience even more relaxing. The staff were also incredibly friendly and always willing to help whenever needed. I’ll definitely be visiting again!

Great location, less than 5 minutes drive from Santa Maria and 15 from the airport. Wide variety of restaurants, bars, environments, pools. You don't get bored! Very comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Staff was always very kind and helpful. If you arrive long before your check in time as I did, you can use one of the many courtesy rooms where you can have a shower and get changed before you start discovering the island and the beach.

The whole experience was very good.

Did not use the spa The pools needed refurb many tiles missing around the pools. Fountain feature broken didn’t see much pool maintenance going on. Sun beds on the pool areas and beach were the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever used. Pool towels were threadbare and not readily available for change

After the room was cleaned, we had to request clean towels several times. The housekeeping staff never brought clean towels to the room. During meals at the buffet, we often had to wait for drink cups or silverware.

Das Essen in Hauptrestaurant könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Brotauswahl könnte besser sein, statt nur Toast und weiße Brötchen.

Room was dated. TVs dud not work. Room was never cleaned. Towels never changed, Beds never made! Too many kids!

untrained staff, hard to communicate (lack of english). al a cart restaurants were awful food wasn't fresh, tasteless, difficult to book in. No glasses at the bar, it was a mission to get a beach towel, and the room was very basic for a 5 star hotel. I would rate the hotel maximum 3 start.

1) long queues to book any restaurant 2) too big and crowded although we had a nice room 3) breakfast poor - cold eggs and coffee dreadful 4) housekeeping dreadful - never had room towels replaced properly and cleaning sketchy 5) ATM didn’t work

Please don’t book. Only a 3star hotel that can’t cope with capacity of guests. Rooms not cleaned. Staff rude. Food poisoning. Save your money and go to the Caribbean where you’re welcomed.

Our experience at the resort was mixed, but we made the most of what was an uneven experience. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable. The food was decent, although not exceptional. The staff were generally pleasant, but were reactive and not proactively ensuring things were in place, delivering on the service promise. For example, there were no facial tissues in the room, despite there being an empty dispenser in the bathroom. Each time I went to the gym, there were no towels for the guests and had to chase staff to replenish. Also, we went days without housekeeping checking in to see if buns needed emptying or if we needed more water for the room. This too had to be requested. The resort did not have a secured facility to hold luggage for guests waiting to check in. Our flight arrived late morning which meant that we had to wait four hours with our luggage until we could check in at 3pm. We were told that we could leave our bags outside in the corner of the front entrance and that it was safe, but this is unacceptable. Also, when we arrived, we stood in a long queue to book the specialty restaurants for the week, only to find that they were fully booked up to the night before we departed. We later learned that there was an online booking tool for the restaurants, but this was never offered up front. We were able to put our names on a waiting list and, on the following day, offered two bookings for a couple of nights. Have more to say, but out of space

Hyggelig og imøtekommende personal. Bassenget og området rundt var perfekt for både voksne og barn. Mye aktiviteter å delta på på området. Maten var bra og det var nesten i overflod mye på all inclusive. Bra renhold på rommene daglig. Området er veldig stort og har alt fra frisør til supermarked.
