部屋の中は広くはないですが綺麗ですし、シャワーも問題なく十分でした。ただしエアコンはないので扇風機や布団で調節する必要があります。スタッフも親切で、流暢ではないですが英語も話せました。プールも小さくて冷たいですが日に焼けた肌を冷やすにはよく、綺麗でした。また朝食もフルーツが盛りだくさんで美味しかったです。総じてイースター島は物価が高いため、こういったホテルも高いです。そのため値段の割にとは思うかもしれませんが、トータルではよかったと思います。

Everything about this hotel was superior. Never have we felt as welcome and appreciated as at Hotel Hare Nua (Grandma's House). Large & airy rooms, opulent personal care items, delightful contcontinental breakfast and relaxing vibe - this place has it all!

Location was perfect - very central so easy to walk to anywhere in town (which is small). Nice rooms - not huge, but adequate. Service and breakfast were excellent and (given plenty of advanced notice) they catered well to some restrictive dietary limitations, so make sure to let them know of any allergies or intolerances when you book, and maybe send a reminder a month or so before your arrival. Front desk service and cleaning staff were all really helpful.

Patricia, the front desk staff, stood out for her outstanding hospitality and personalized recommendations, enriching our island exploration. Her consistent warmth and attentiveness during breakfast service made every morning special. The dedication of the staff is commendable. We’d choose Hare Nua again if we return to Rapa Nui. The hotel and staff were wonderful. My only complaint was the construction during the day was very loud. Everyone was terrific and the rooms were specious.

Breakfast was beyond expectations! They set up your personal table with all the options you could want, a personal plaque with our names and made to order eggs. The attention to detail was amazing! The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to help make sure you have the best experience. Highly recommend this place!!!

The hotel was centrally located and had a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The roof was perfect with a lovely power shower. Would night recommend staying here.

The breakfast at Hare Nui was phenomenal every day and their attention to detail was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable and the sitting areas and gardens are beautiful. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel!
