部屋の中は広くはないですが綺麗ですし、シャワーも問題なく十分でした。ただしエアコンはないので扇風機や布団で調節する必要があります。スタッフも親切で、流暢ではないですが英語も話せました。プールも小さくて冷たいですが日に焼けた肌を冷やすにはよく、綺麗でした。また朝食もフルーツが盛りだくさんで美味しかったです。総じてイースター島は物価が高いため、こういったホテルも高いです。そのため値段の割にとは思うかもしれませんが、トータルではよかったと思います。

Just opened 3 months ago, and everything was so organized and neat and very good hospitality of the owners, and staff! 3か月前にOPENしたそうです。部屋もきれい、清潔で非常に快適でした。さらに、オーナーさん、スタッフさんの素晴らしいホスピタリティに感謝です！

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff are helpful. The room is clean. At breakfast table - we find every table labeled with our names :). such a warm and personal gesture that made us feel truly welcomed. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family

The breakfast at Hare Nui was phenomenal every day and their attention to detail was amazing. The room was clean and very comfortable and the sitting areas and gardens are beautiful. The staff were helpful and pleasant. We cannot say enough good things about the hotel!

You’re not just staying at a hotel—you’re welcomed into a home. The personal touches here are what set it apart. From beautifully arranged welcome notes to handcrafted decor, everything feels curated with love and thought. You can feel the care in every corner of the hotel. The grounds are lush, the interiors effortlessly blend comfort with local charm, and the overall presentation is impeccable—boutique luxury without an ounce of pretension. And let’s talk about the food: absolutely divine. Breakfasts were a highlight of each day—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The local ingredients, the bold yet comforting flavors, and the peaceful ambiance made every meal feel special. You could taste the passion in every bite. But what truly sealed the deal for me? What a memotable stay! You are welcomed in with a banana pastry and drink. The rooms are terrific, have AC and are super clean and modern. There is no TV but wifi is good so bring ypur own device. In the morning there is a designsted table for you and breakfast is all set up. They are super friendly and help with everything. I have traveled for 30 years and stsyed in 2000s of hotels but this is one of most memorable

OMG! Easter Island is a dream location and Hare Nua was our dream accommodation in Hanga Roa. Located on the main street, so close to everything, but quiet at the same time. Hare Nua is a real boutique hotel - small, but with all amenities that you need, everything is of excellent quality, in particular if you consider where you are! Hotel is 5*, very comfortable, with a lot of common spaces, jacuzzi, honesty bar, etc. Some reviewers were complaining that the breakfast was served (not buffet) and therefore not sufficient - it is opposite. The brekafast was very good and absolutely sufficient, you may order various hot dishes made to order and everyday you receive home made cake. I really believe that served breakfast is a very responsible choice considering that you are on a remote island with limited supplies. But all comfort of Hare Nua was not what made our stay - it was the Staff. We felt like a part of a big family. From the checkin, tropical welcome drink, cute sign with our first names during meals until birthday celebration for my wife, with birthday cake, traditional Polynesian crown for her, Happy Birthday in local language and warm greetings from all the Staff. Thank you so much Hare Nua Family! We can't promise that we will come back, as this was the most remote travel in our life, but anybody visiting the island should try Hare Nua experience!

The staff was lovely, especially Patricia. The room was clean and modern. Only two downsides: lack of hot water, and the Internet coverage was spotty, I think those things come with being in the most isolated place on earth!

I REALLY liked this hotel. The staff here are lovely and friendly, the breakfasts are fabulous and the rooms are very comfortable. The courtyard is a wonderful oasis. It is right in town, so wonderfully positioned to walk to restaurants and shops. Thoroughly recommend.

Hare Nua was easily one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Maria, Sebastian and the entire team made us feel so welcome and were genuinely kind and friendly. Every single detail of the hotel is thoughtful and well cared for, you can tell they take a lot of pride in the property and providing a wonderful experience for their guests. The room we stayed in was spacious with very comfortable beds. The common areas were cozy and peaceful and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel is well located and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I would encourage anyone considering a trip to Rapa Nui to book their stay at Hare Nua - you'll not be disappointed. This place gave outstanding service. For a location that doesn’t have large hotels I was worried about a Boutique hotel. This hotel went out of their way to cater to all our needs.

What a wonderful stay we had. We were greeted by Valentina at the airport with flower wreaths and given a quick tour of the city prior to being brought to the hotel. The check in process was very nice and calming with a welcoming juice and treat by Patricia. She took our photo for part of a departing surprise. We can’t emphasize all the small but important details throughout our whole stay that made our stay there exceptional. The breakfasts each day were amazing. The rooms clean and comfortable. The courtyard was a little oasis. The whole property was welcoming and relaxing. They provide and had thought out anything you could have wanted and the staff was always available to help if they hadn’t addressed an anticipated need. Nice honesty bar with drinks if needed. The location was great and safe. The towns shopping and restaurants were all very walkable. We enjoyed the resident cat Chimuelo and loved him. We loved listening to the neighborhood roosters. We loved the garden and seating areas. Thanks so much to the amazing staff. Patricia, the two Valentina’s, and Vania. There are others not mentioned just as compassionate and supportive. Thank you for a memorable stay. We felt like family. The name Hana Nua we were told is roughly grandmother’s house. The staff and welcoming environment made it feel that way. They created beautiful memories for us.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, asking about our plans and offering suggestions during our stay on the island. We requested airport transportation, including pick-up and drop-off in a vehicle. Each morning, we were welcomed to breakfast. We had our tour arranged and were welcomed back each day by the accommodating front-desk staff. There was a swimming pool, which was great to cool off in during the evening. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others for its price, location, proximity to town, shopping, and restaurants.

It was a very nice place and conveniently located in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing I didn't really care for was the breakfast in which items are already picked out for you. I didn't really eat most of the items that were prepared on my plate either due to dietary restrictions or just not like the items. I think the better way to go is a buffet option, or providing a list of items that people can order from.
