部屋の中は広くはないですが綺麗ですし、シャワーも問題なく十分でした。ただしエアコンはないので扇風機や布団で調節する必要があります。スタッフも親切で、流暢ではないですが英語も話せました。プールも小さくて冷たいですが日に焼けた肌を冷やすにはよく、綺麗でした。また朝食もフルーツが盛りだくさんで美味しかったです。総じてイースター島は物価が高いため、こういったホテルも高いです。そのため値段の割にとは思うかもしれませんが、トータルではよかったと思います。

Just opened 3 months ago, and everything was so organized and neat and very good hospitality of the owners, and staff! 3か月前にOPENしたそうです。部屋もきれい、清潔で非常に快適でした。さらに、オーナーさん、スタッフさんの素晴らしいホスピタリティに感謝です！

Excellent place - great history and staff are very welcoming.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. Overall, this is a wonderful hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Easter Island.

Great hospitality and really nice personal touches. Very good breakfast variety and very responsive staff. Patricia was extremely helpful. One suggestion would be to try and improve the WIFI, but that might be a problem on the island. Would definitely stay there again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room decorated as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is so elegant that no one can compete. Overall hotel feels like home.

We had such an amazing stay at Hare Nua. Super friendly staff, great rooms. We had one with a small balcony and it was so nice at night. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Breakfast is fantastic. Patrica and Marcelo took care of us. Highly recommend if you are staying on the island

I came for my 50th birthday and the owners and staff made it so very special. The breakfast is so good and presentation of it is so cute! Do not hesitate booking this hotel. You will not be disappointed and your experience will be very enjoyable. Absolutely wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay at Hare Nua. It’s a special boutique hotel, owned and operated by a family with deeps roots to the location and Rapa Nui and friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very helpful and always ready to please with any requests with a smile. Breakfast was delicious and our special table was always ready and set with fresh baked rolls. Tours were great and would highly recommend. Memories for a lifetime.

Very Nice hotel, staff and location

Hotel Hare Nua’s or House of Grandma, staffs are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay very much. The place is beautiful and so attentive to the guests. The place is close to the shops and the restaurants. Suggestions staff gave for market and restaurants were good. Our room was simple. Everything worked well. Bathroom and shower was very clean. Breakfast was very good with eggs made to order. Overall a comfortable and well run establishment. We would definitely recommend.

Everything here was perfect! The room was so comfortable and the staff were incredible. I loved every second of my stay and wouldn’t consider staying anywhere other than here! Breakfast was lovely and it was exciting to see what it would be each morning.
