ホテル ベッラヴィスタ

ホテルは部屋からの池ビュー、レストランもスーパーも近く文句なし。そもそも街が小さいので何処に行くにも便利。受付は英語を喋る人とスペイン語だけの人も居ましたが何も親切。朝食も文句なし。バツを付けるところはないです。敢えて挙げるなら駐車場は狭く停めるのにかなり苦労するはず。

El hotel cuenta con todo lo necesario, personal muy amable, buen desayuno, la vista desde las habitaciones es impresionante. Lo único negativo es la muy baja señal de internet; el wifi es un servicio mínimo esperable y nos falló durante toda la estadía. Por lo demás, todo excelente.

A equipe muito prestativa. Senti falta de ar condicionado, mas me emprestaram um ventilador. Gostei muito do dispenser de água!!

Bellavista is appropriately named. I never got tired of looking over the lake at the Osorno Volcano. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly accommodations

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place overlooking the lake. But it’s a very dated hotel and in desperate need of a refurbishment. The lighting in the room and bathroom is also very poor and dim. It takes almost 10-15 minutes of running the shower to get tepid water at best. We complained numerous times about the lack of hot water but were always told that it’s all working fine and that the water is hot. The manager was nowhere to be found.

Excelente ubicación frente al lago. Nos encantó el desayuno y el personal muy amable. El servicio de masajes muy bueno.

Hôtel 4* tout simplement pas à la hauteur de ses étoiles et son prix. Réception et services catastrophiques : pas aimable, ne connaissent pas leurs services (lieu, heure, se sont trompés dans la réservation d’une activité qui a été annulée, et nous ont laissé poireauter une heure avant de nous le dire) On demande finalement un changement d’hôtel et un remboursement pour la suite du séjour : le réceptionniste m’assure que c’est bon et 2 jours après on reçoit un mail comme quoi on sera pas remboursé … (finalement grâce a hôtel.com c’est chose faite) On avait réservé cet hôtel en partie pour son restaurant à Noël, c’était fermé, peu de conseils pour en trouver un autre. Et surtout … wifi non fonctionnelle ! Embêtant pour passer les fêtes. Petit dej varié mais pas sensationnel. A noter, chambre et spa très agréables. Avec vue imprenable sur le lac et volcan osorno. Salon avec cheminée Dommage !

At check in, the clerk took payment for the room. When I checked my records, I saw that I had prepaid for the room. When we went back to ask about the charge, they promptly refunded the payment.

The only problem was the heating and hot water. When we arrived the room was roasting as o we turned the radiator down. It then took the hotel 2 days to fix after which we didn’t dare touch it and just sweltered. In spite of many requests the hot water was never more than Luke warm. Otherwise a friendly bunch in a good location

Everything was excellent, but the food at the restaurant was over the top, delicious!!! Highly recommended.

Buffet breakfast was outstanding except the coffee, which was terrible. My room appeared to be under construction with a half finished closet..The elevator was dirty for 3 days. My friend in Room 208 had music from the bar below.disturbing her and though she complained the music continued after the bar closing time at 11. The setting of the property is beautiful with a view of the lake and two volcanoes. There was a huge selection of shops and restaurants nearby.

Hotel is very old. Room is dark and small. Need to be remodeled. Breakfast is too simple and not good. Friendly staff though
