Loved this hotel and the area. Totally walkable. Great staff. Lovely view. Great room. Great Breakfast. Only complaint was that our bathroom was quite small; commode had limited space, but wouldn't stay elsewhere if offered.

We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!

The staff was lovely! The view, stunning. The cleanliness of the hotel was where it was lacking for me. The pool water was very dirty too. There was an event with very very loud music going until 3am in the hotel too, and we could hear it very loud in our room, unfortunately.

O quarto estava normal. Limpo e de boa qualidade.

The toilet in room 308 is difficult to use because the heating pipes and toilet paper holder are right in front of the toilet bowl! Also, I should not be charged IVA as a foreign tourist! The staff and breakfast were excellent!

The inginity lake view from the room with the volcano in the background is worth everything, especially when combined with a great breakfast and a nice pool and sauna area. The room is very good as well though some small renovations can take it a step further. The hotel as charm and the staff is very nice. Highly recommended.

Of all the places we stayed in our travels throughout southern Chile, this was probably my favorite! Puerto Varas is beautiful and has a lot to offer. This hotel is across the street from the lake and has stunning views of the three volcanos near Osorno. The bathroom is huge and the beds are comfy. The room was clean and quiet--in fact, the whole hotel was quiet! There was a raging party in the event room downstairs during our stay and we didn't hear a thing on the 5th floor. You can walk everywhere in Puerto Varas from this hotel and I saw a lot of non-Chilean tourists staying here. Most of the staff speaks English and are very accommodating. We are planning another trip and I can't wait to return to the Bellavista!

Spacious rooms, good quality breakfast, nice showers, friendly staff, clean spa and pool, good quality and well-price massages. Excellent location and view of the lake.

We paid for a suite with a hot tub. We got no heating, no hot water, a broken tv and no hot tub! The manager told us on our next visit from England we would be compensated if we stayed there again! No apology or explanation.

Front desk friendly and helpful. View from our room and the pool area was exceptional. Nice buffet breakfast.

Prima locatie in het centrum. Stijlvol hotel, prachtig gelegen aan het meer. Kamer met uitzicht op meer en de vulkanen. Prachtig!
