ホテル カッシネッタ

まず、到着した時のフロントの女性の対応が素晴らしかったです。事情があっていろいろな頼み事をしたのですが、迅速かつ的確で、とても親切に対応してくれ感動しました。ホテルはとても小規模でエレベーターもない３階建てくらいの建物ですが、可愛らしいし、非常に清潔で快適でした。ベッドの寝心地もとてもよく、くつろげました。朝食は前日にメニューの選択をしますが、まぁまぁといったところです。宿泊客がほとんどいなかったためか、部屋でとりました。メトロから徒歩７～８分で、少し奥まった場所にあるため夜は暗いですが、治安は悪くないようで徒歩でレストランなどにも行きました。大きなホテルにはないあたたかみのある素敵なホテルです。

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location in Viña is excellent, as it is in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of the beach and shopping.

Muy buen servicio y ubicación

Pagamos por una habitación superior y recibimos una habitación en el último piso x escalera, la tv tenía mucha interferencia y se veia mal. En la recepción nos dijeron que lamentablemente se veia mal. En el cuarto de baño ni habia donde poner el jabón o el shampoo en el suelo, osea que había que agacharse cada vez que uno se tenia que enjabonar. No había gorra de ducha para el pelo, estuvimos 5 noches. Un desastre. El último día no pusieron ni shampoo ni jabón para el cuerpo. Prometieron cambiar a otra habitación pero no lo hicieron a pesar de que el hotel estaba vacío. Una estafa. No volvería ni lo recomendaría. Pésimo.

A cozy hotel in a nice & convenient part of Vina del Mar. Refurbished about 5 years, it has an old world feel with new furniture & other modern "workings". I liked it so much better than a large chain hotel. We walked everywhere, easily took the train to Valparaiso (station is close by), and found delicious restaurants close by. Quite a find!

Schönes Boutique Hotel in Strand und Zentrumsnaehe

it is difficult to to find, but the surrounding is nice, during the day you can walk, but at night taxi might be better

A very nice reasonably priced boutique hotel (Inn) in Vina del Mar. It has a very comfortable common sitting room that can be used by guests to read and enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sight seeing. Breakfast was included and was a very well stocked buffet with high quality food. The staff on the front desk are very nice and extremely helpful. Location was good and easy walk to the bus stop and metro station. The beach was also walkable (about a 20 min easy walk....mostly flat). There are a number of restaurants about a 15 min walk away however on our second last night we found a small pizza and pasta place that had just opened that serves all homemade food. It is at the top of the street (a 5 min walk away) and is owned by two young ladies. One is Chilean and the other is Italian and they both speak english. It was so good we went there twice. Highly reccomend Hotel Cassinetta.

Beautiful Hotel, close to beach, good restaurants and immaculately clean. Breakfast was excellent, and staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Personnel sympathique accueillant Dans un cadre agréable et moderne

This hotel is a well kept jewel. We have been traveling for 2 weeks across Chile and Argentina and this find was what we needed. It was quiet nights sleep. The staff was helpful but not intrusive. The breakfast was homemade, special order, what we wanted not buffet. There is no elevator but stairs were wide and easy to move through. Nice, safe neighborhood to walk around.

The hotel was lovely - it used to be the Syrian Embassy building. Nice sitting room and outdoor space.

a noisy toilet and barking neighborhood dogs are our only bothersome comments airport transfer arranged for us. staff is excellent.

we could not have enjoyed our stay more. the staff went out of their way to provide services and information that we needed. we were a group of 10 friends and were able to use the beautiful garden to visit. the buffet breakfast was delicious and the house itself made one feel at home. Two tours were taken as a result of brochures in the lobby. Both were excellent!
